We enjoyed our stay here. It was clean and the price was reasonable. The host was super friendly and had quick responsiveness. They even arranged where we could check in a little early to unload bags before the plans we had.

This was a good set up for our family of four plus my in-laws. It was the right amount of space for the six of us, and the kids could run around in the big back yard. The road in front of the house is pretty busy during the day (Searcy busy, not big city busy), but it's very quiet at night. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed as far as bedding, towels, and kitchen items.

Comfortable stay for the night for all of us!

We are traveling with our grown children, and friends and hotel rooms aren’t big enough for us all anymore. Rather than divide us up into multiple hotel rooms, we stayed here and enjoyed each other’s company before our next day of traveling. The home was perfect, check in was easy, everything was as expected and clean. We had 8 people and everyone had a place to sleep comfortably. I definitely recommend this place.

we had two problems. found a filthy frying pan in the oven with encrusted food and 1/4 inch of solid fat on top. I cleaned it as best I could, but might need replacement. the other problem was a completely filled outdoor garbage can leaving us little room for ours.
