Welcome to our little sanctuary for those seeking peace, connection, and fresh air. Here, days are meant to be slow: serene mornings, soft sunsets and quiet nights. A simple, warm space designed to help you reconnect with yourself, enjoy nature, and share the experience with your furry friend. Surrounded by trees with few neighbors, near Palatka, Gainesville, Ocala, some Springs, Restaurants, Liquor & Dollar Store, Pharmacy, Gas Station.
∆ffers guests a cozy retreat with features amenities like Microwave, Mini-Fridge, Cafe-Maker, Iron, Full Bed, Heating or AC. You’ll have access to the hammock for relaxing.

✨ Slow down, reconnect with nature, and enjoy the simple moments that make every getaway unforgettable
🅿️ FREE parking for one car, Additional vehicles are $10 per night. Please park in your assigned space.
💦 Well Water. Please do not drink the tap water. Fresh drinking water is provided. Feel free to bring extra bottled water if preferred.
🔥 Fire Pit & Grill. Please bring your own firewood.
🚿 Enjoy a cool outdoor shower and reconnect with nature in a unique way.
🌿 Nature Setting. Enjoy a peaceful rural escape where you may encounter native wildlife, insects, uneven terrain, vegetation, and changing weather. Please supervise children and pets, wear appropriate footwear, and use a flashlight outdoors at night.
🐾 Pets Welcome. Please let us know in advance if you're bringing a pet. Bring your own supplies and a blanket if they'll be on the bed or couch. Please don't use kitchen bowls for pets, and always clean up after them. Unreported pets incur additional fees.
🐞 Florida Living. Occasional insects are part of nature. If you notice any indoors, we'll take care of it promptly.
🗑️ Trash. Please keep outdoor areas free of garbage to avoid attracting wildlife. Containers are located near the driveway.
🚬 Smoking. Smoking or vaping is allowed only on the patio. Smoking or any type of inhalation inside the accommodation will result in a $100 additional cleaning fee.
💃 Visitors. Please notify us in advance if you plan to have visitors.
🏞️ Lake & Surroundings. The lake is a natural feature, not a guaranteed amenity. Water levels and surrounding conditions may vary with the seasons and are not eligible for refunds.
🏡 Privacy. Your space is completely private. Another accommodation is about 80 ft away, and the main house is approximately 250 ft away, offering a peaceful stay while keeping assistance nearby if needed.

This place gave us exactly what we came for.We booked the little blue cabin for a fully disconnected weekend, no phones, no internet, cooking every meal over the fire, and Sol's place delivered more than we knew to hope for. We were welcomed in by a box turtle crossing the dirt road and a family of white tailed deer ten seconds later, and it only got better from there.Mornings on the front porch with coffee, sun coming through the mossy oaks, Sandhill Cranes walking up through the yard, and calling out across the marsh. We took our chairs down to the water's edge one afternoon and stayed for three hours just watching the clouds and the birds go by. The porch burner and the fire pit got used for every single meal. The cabin is thoughtfully stocked and had everything we needed.Sol, thank you for creating this. We came here worn down and we left able to breathe again. Three days without a phone in a place this peaceful did something for us that we have been needing for a long time.We will absolutely be back.

Coming to La Casa Azule was supposed to be an anniversary celebration. Unfortunately due to our jobs, my fiancée wasn't able to come. He didn't want me to miss out on this because i had never stayed in the woods, in a cabin, with just me and nature. Long story short, Sol, the owner and operator was tve most amazing woman I had ever met. The experience was one, for the rest of my life I will cherish, and coming home without any feeling's accept complete happiness and ready to do some much needed work on myself and my inner self, LA CASA AZULE changed my life forever!!!
