Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please make sure split wall heating/cooling unit is set to 73 degrees.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Absolutely no use of the wood stove. $500 fine if use of the indoor wood stove is suspected
If you use small solo stove outside (fire pit), we do provide some wood but ask if you use more than a few pieces, to please replenish.
Please keep pets off the furniture.

Absolutely amazing stay!! This property was perfect for visiting Shenandoah National Park, and getting away for a peaceful weekend.
