Beautiful one bedroom condo with a balcony off the living room AND bedroom that overlook the marina. This condo includes a king bed, pull-out sofa, comfortable living room furniture including a recliner, a full service kitchen, Keurig, and is fully equipped with two flat screen TVs. You are within a short walking distance to one of our TWO outdoor pools, tennis court, and a playground. This is a non-smoking unit and will not accept pets.
