Quiet and off the beaten path
This is a shared home. You are not renting entire home. Just the room. My home is located on a quiet Cul-de-Sac with a greenbelt behind it. The available bedroom comes complete with a Queen size bed, dresser w/mirror, night stand, chest of drawers and ceiling fan. TV is a smart TV with only Netflix in the bedroom. The room sits across from the guest bathroom that has a tub/shower combo. High speed internet included. Semi private large fridge, shared living room area with large TV and couch. Just 4 easy miles from Interstate 75. Lots of shopping & restaurants nearby. Owners live on property.
This is a shared home. Domesticated pets welcome. I have a 9 year old dog and two cats. Guest bathroom door opens to a small fenced in back yard. The Peace River & kayaking/boat ramp are just a few miles away. The carpet is in fair condition, a little stained but carpets were recently cleaned. We currently have two homes being built next door to ours. We live on a dead end road (cul de sac).
