Newer heat pump pool heater keeps the pool warm and comfy even on cloudy cool days year around and is included! Wanna go to the beach? Several of SW Florida's best beaches are just a short drive away!

Set up with the family in mind you will definitely be able to enjoy it all, as our house offers guests many wonderful amenities! Your own private pool and fishing dock are right in the backyard offering swimming fun in the pool, fantastic wildlife views and excellent fishing and crabbing right off the dock - and a place to dock your boat! The sparkling pool is heated and has a screen canopy.
