This is the third time we’ve stayed at the property and the first time in over 5 years and in honesty it only gets better , it’s really well equipped in every department from the kitchen appliances to the comfortable beds and great pool , it has super fast reliable WiFi and is in a quiet upmarket community, words can’t do it justice we honestly love staying there., thank you for sharing your home with us

We have now stayed at this wonderful villa for the fourth time, and it truly feels like our home away from home. It’s definitely not your typical holiday rental, where you’re left with the bare minimum of dishes, cutlery and household essentials. The host has thought of absolutely everything — and more — to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.The outdoor lanai and pool area are fabulous and the perfect place to relax and cool off in the Florida summer heat. The villa is beautifully equipped, comfortable and has everything you could possibly need for a great stay.Communication with the host has been excellent throughout the entire process, from booking to departure. We honestly have absolutely no complaints and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property.We’ve loved every one of our four visits and very much hope to return again. A true home away from home!

Lorrie is a wonderful host quickly responsive on any questions Her home is beautiful she has basically everything you need inside This was our third time staying in this home and we just love it there nice heated pool which is great for the cooler months allowing us to still go swimming

Wonderful stay in Port Charlotte

This was a wonderful house and we were first time visitors to Port Charlotte. The home was exactly as advertised and thanks to the detailed binder The hosts provided, we were able to visit a couple of beaches and the restaurant recommendations were also great. Thanks for a great stay!!!

Great Rental

Had an amazing time at this rental - was like home from home - well furnished, bed super comfy, use of beach chairs / umbrellas, pool was nice to chill by some days and neighbourhood safe and friendly. Wonderful Home

Perfect Stay while visiting family

The property was clean, quiet , and convenient. I really enjoyed the pool area and the open kitchen. Everything I needed to cook and bake was included. The home was wonderfully appointed and made for a perfect stay. I was also very glad to have a place to stay with my dog.

Lovely home.

The home is clean and comfortable and superbly equipped. Enjoyed the pool area ( water basketball was a favourite game ). If you want to explore the gulf coast the house is minutes from the I 75 making travel plans very easy.

Absolute beautiful hidden Gem

An amazingly beautiful home equipped with all your needs. (And so well organized) Me and my family enjoyed our week stay, this home and property is very well taken care of. You can tell the homeowners take much pride in their home. This home had everything we needed for our stay. The heated pool was definitely a plus for us in the month of November. We will definitely be returning.

Felt like home

This property is beautiful, exactly like the pictures, and has anything and everything you could possibly need or want for your stay! The pool was amazing, the kids swam everyday and loved the pool toys! The BBQ grill came in handy more than once, and the beach things as well. Hands down would recommend this property, and we will definitely be back again! Thank you again for making us feel right at home.

Xmas 2023

Very Clean. Has the feeling of a home, not just a house. The neighborhood doesn't have anything to walk to, but a great, safe place to walk or ride bikes. Our second time here. Will do it again!

Vacay Getaway

We were wanting to explore this area for a possible longer extended stay in the near future. This house was perfect for that. Very clean and comfortable and right in the middle of a beautiful subdivision, very close to restaurants and attractions. The pool was wonderful - we swam in it every day. Lori's binder of suggestions of where to go was spot on -- we went to many of those places. The last day we traveled 45 minutes North to Siesta Key Beach - beautiful!! We will definitely consider this house again in the future.

Another wonderful vacation!

This is our 2nd time visiting this property & we have already booked for our 3rd visit next year. There is everything you could want or need in the property. It has all the home comforts to help you relax from the second you arrive. Lorrie is fantastic with communication and I feel if we did have any issues she would ensure that they would be dealt with immediately. Cannot recommend this property more highly, would definitely recommend to all! Roll on May 2025!!
