Farm with large lawn, located in the urban area of the city, all wooded, surrounded by fence that allows security for pets, orchard, house of 260 m² with 01 suite with air conditioning, 32 "smar tv and fan, 02 rooms with air conditioning and fan, 02 bathrooms, large living / dining room, fully equipped kitchen, pantry, 02 balconies, external and internal barbecue. Free hifi, 10x05 m pool. Game kiosk with pool table, foosball and card table with full bathroom. The owners live in the farm next door, providing good service to guests. Outdoor lighting of the recreation area. Free hifi. At the entrance guests will be greeted with a special gift from Chácara dos Coqueiros and will have for immediate use soaps, toilet paper, coffee powder, sugar and salt. Bed and bath linen are optional and may be available for a fee upon check-in.

Passeio inesquecível, nossos anfitriões foram muito atenciosos e educados. A casa é linda, muito bem cuidada e conservada. Nossa família adorou tudo e passamos um final de semana perfeito. Dias maravilhosos em Brotas!!!

Adoramos a viagem, a chácara é muito excelente, conforme as fotos do anúncio, toda cercada com alambrado, perfeita para que tem pet, como nós. A casa tem 3 dormitórios com ar condicionado e ventiladores de teto, (2 suítes) e um banheiro social que serve o terceiro dormitório, todos o três banheiros são reformados, a casa toda muito limpa e cheirosa. Nos divertimos bastante no salão de jogos, que é novo, com mesa de sinuca, pebolim e mesa de carteado. Área de lazer é ampla, com churrasqueira e uma bela piscina que ajudou a refrescar os dias quentes que pegamos. A cidade de Brotas é muito agradável, tem bons restaurantes, sorveteria, bem servida de supermercados, farmácias e comércio em geral. Desta vez não fizemos rafting, mas pra quem nunca fez é um passeio imperdível! O anfitrião é super simpático, nos atendeu em todas as nossas solicitações, e como mora na chácara ao lado tivemos a oportunidade de conhecê-lo. Com certeza vamos voltar.

A Casa é maravilhosa! Tudo muito limpo e organizado. A cozinha tem tudooooo ( panelas, pratos,copos, liquidificador, torradeira, microondas, etc) A roupa de cama e as toalhas tinham um cheiro maravilhoso de amaciante (tudo lacrado e separado) um sonho! Fomos recebidos pelos donos no portão, um amor de casal, muito educados, simpáticos e prestativos! Adoramos o brinde!! Rsrs.E ainda fomos mimados com frutas de época da chacara! A piscina foi limpa todos os dias em que estivemos lá! O espaço é todo gramado e arborizado! Meu filho ficou encantado com os passarinhos. ..kkkk Fica muito perto da rodovia e também do centro! A única parte ruim foi ter que vir embora! ! Rsrs Foi tudo maravilhoso! Voltaremos com toda a certeza! !

Tudo Maravilhoso!!! Chácara extremamente limpa, tudo muito organizado, recebemos toalhas de banho ensacadas, toalhas para piscina, tinha roupas de cama, travesseiros e edredons tudo muito limpo e cheiroso, realmente me senti em casa. O pomar delicioso, amei a plantação de abacaxi super docinho, ambiente muito agradável, realmente tudo maravilhoso. Fomos em 11 amigos, passamos um final de semana fantástico, nos divertimos muito. Agradeço ao Sr. Jose Roberto proprietário do imóvel simpaticíssimo e ao Rodrigo que nos recebeu com carinho. Voltarei com toda a certeza.

Um lugar sem igual.

Chácara fantástica, paisagem, pássaros e natureza. O cheirinho de limpeza, é um diferencial, todas as coisas muito bem cuidadas. Um carinho com os hóspedes que nunca vi. Recebemos toalhas de banho e rosto ensacadas. Roupa de cama limpa. E os colchões são perfeitos. Nem senti que não estava em casa. O Sr. Carlos que cuida da chácara é fantástico. Recebíamos frutas do pomar todos os dias....doces como mel! O lugar é uma delícia! O Sr. Carlos fez mudinhas de manjericão e cebolinha...para trazer para São Paulo. O Rodrigo que nos recebeu, uma simpatia em pessoa. Estamos revigorado, para o início do ano. Viajante vá a Brotas e a Chácara dos Coqueiros! Vou voltar com certeza.

A chácara é maravilhosa. Tudo impecavelmente limpo. Os pássaros cantando nao tem preço. E os proprietários entao..... sao otimos. Passamos um maravilhoso feriado.
