Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Remove all trash put in garbage cans & leave cans in rack do not bring to street. With recyclable's, cans and bottles, boxes put in Blue Bins only bring out to curb on Saturday at check out Saturday
Leave home as neat as possible remove all belongings and check dryer. Secure all beach items in the garage as you found them.
Leave the two pillow and light summer blankets in each room do not remove them from home. Check out is 9am sharp. Thank you for traveling with me.

Host is excellent was on top of any issues. House is very clean a big priority for me. Love new kitchen and baths. Really nice yard and decks. Parking is easy and plentiful. Great neighborhood especially for kids biking and playground.
