Fully sanitized before each guest arrives! We use SaniQuat, an EPA approved disinfectant. Amazing, 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo, fully remodeled kitchen plus newly added shower stall to the bath in the loft area, located just north of Fenwick Island State Park and within a few steps to the dune crossover and you're on the beach. Beautiful views of the ocean from the deck and Family Room. All the comforts of home and then some including 65'' TV with surround sound in the Family Room, WiFi, central A/C, fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, large deck for dining alfresco, outdoor shower, etc. Sleeps up to 10. Bed linen and towel package available. NO smoking, NO pets please.

Great stay in Fenwick

Our family of four really enjoyed the condo. Everything at the condo was updated and clean, very easy 1 min walk to the ocean over the sand dune. Location was great on the ocean side of the highway.

Absolutely perfect.

100% as advertised in terms of the property itself. What the ad doesn’t mention is the beach is the best in Fenwick Island or perhaps all of MD, DE, and NJ. It almost felt private. The house was spacious , clean, and updated. Absolutely no complaints.

Great place

Condo was clean as described and everything worked. Steps from the beach really nice quiet area if you want to get away from the town we really enjoyed it and would come back anytime.

Perfect Fenwick Island Getaway!

Beautiful, clean, well-stocked condo. Just steps from the beach and a few minutes from Ocean City, Bethany Beach, etc. Close to shopping, restaurants, everything you need. After visiting Ocean City and Rehoboth we were SO HAPPY we chose the peace and quiet of Fenwick. Joe was super helpful and responsive when I contacted him with a few minor questions. Not one complaint with the owners or the property. It was SO NICE having a big stash of chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, etc in the parking area. Highly recommend this property - hope to be back to Fenwick Island again some day and when we are we'll definitely book this property again.

Why they chose this property

My wife & I had always dreamed of owning a beach home near N. Ocean City. As we started looking around at some properties we found several in OC, MD that we liked but felt as though we were so far away from the beach. Then our realtor showed us this property in the Shoals in Fenwick Island and we fell in love. Ocean front property with a short walk to the beach, family oriented 8 unit condo in a quiet area- yet only 1 mile from OC, MD and shopping, restaurants, and activities. This is really a great location without the huge crowds on the beach yet so close to everything. We hope you love it as much as we do.

Fully remodeled kitchen, loft ceiling in the Family Room with 65" TV. Large deck for dining al fresco and a 2nd floor deck for sitting out under the stars.
