Vintage Model - 2BR/2BA - 1177 sq. ft. - This unit is just steps from the sparkling pool and is located on a lush greenbelt. Extended patio is south facing so you will get lots of sun, and has a gas BBQ. The living room is comfortably furnished and has a large 42" flat screen TV. Kitchen has been updated and has all new appliances. Master suite is furnished with a king size bed, 42" flat screen TV, has a walk in closet and private bath. 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds and a 25" flat screen TV. The Resort is a gate-guarded community of 960 privately owned duplex homes, and is only a short 25-minute drive from the Palm Springs International Airport. The homes are single story built in duplex configuration, with a variety of floor plans available for rent.

We were given a different condo. Not the one listed here.

Modern Realty told us that VRBO had double booked this unit and so they moved us to something different at 41700 Resorter Blvd. We have been renting all around the world and this has never happened before. The overall experience was less than average and we were not impressed to be honest. The secondary rental had many issues. It was a less than satisfactory experience.

Exceptional location - green grass - swimming pool near by

Ice maker did not work - faucet in guest bathroom leaks - shower valve in guest bathroom installed backward - hot on right - both faucets in bathrooms need to be upgraded - shower head extensions need to be installed in both bathrooms.
