Great location and well kept

This condo is old but well kept and clean. It is on a greenbelt and near the pool which we loved.

Exceptional location - green grass - swimming pool near by

Ice maker did not work - faucet in guest bathroom leaks - shower valve in guest bathroom installed backward - hot on right - both faucets in bathrooms need to be upgraded - shower head extensions need to be installed in both bathrooms.
