Extended patio is south facing so you will get lots of sun, and has a gas BBQ. The living room is comfortably furnished and has a large 42" flat screen TV. Kitchen has been updated and has all new appliances. Master suite is furnished with a king size bed, 42" flat screen TV, has a walk in closet and private bath. 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds and a 25" flat screen TV.
