Spectacular 9th Floor Views and Sunsets! Steps to the beach. Free in suite WiFi.

Located in sought after Building 1!!! Spectacular views of the gulf and sunsets. The beach is steps away. Just across the street. Heated pools are open. My unit is renovated and upgraded. New photos! Luxurious!! Free wireless internet. King bed, sleeper sofa, 4 appliances, 42 inch flat screen TV, porcelain tile throughout, marble and granite coutertops, walkin shower with multi heads, 2 lanai loungers, beach equipment. The large amount of 5 star reviews confirms my guest’s total satisfaction. PLEASE NOTE, that due to hurricane Ian our tennis courts are currently inoperative. The pools are repaired and open for your enjoyment. The tennis court rebuild will take a while. Probably some time in 2026. Please expect workers onsite at ground level attending to landscaping repairs. Three hurricanes caused extensive ground level damage, but we are making good repair progress. Perfect stay at the beach

The property was perfect for our trip to Bonita Beach. Everything was very clean and nicely decorated. The patio is very spacious and relaxing and views from the 9th floor can't be beat. All of the beach supplies were so helpful and the location was perfect.

Bonita Springs family time.

Beautiful quaint condo with exceptional views of the ocean. A splendid home that is very comfortable to relax in while away from home. The decor and amenities were well thought out by the hosts to enhance guests stay. My husband and I would definitely stay again when visiting family in Bonita Springs.

Perfect Getaway!

Our trip to Bonita was excellent because we stayed at this property! Andrew was fantastic with his clear and easy directions. The location could not have been nicer! The beach was beautiful and this well stocked condo had everything you could need for a day at the beach! The condo was clean and tastefully updated. We really enjoyed our time here, and are already planning a return trip!

Very Clean and Nice Place

Very Nice and clean condo. Location is wonderful and just a short walk to the beach. Laini is positioned perfectly out of the sun but you still get the breeze and wonderful view. Highly recommend.

Loved this condo!

The condo was very clean and in a great location! The owner called and texted a few to check in on us since we were there when Helene passed by. Would definitely stay there again if we're back in the area!

Stunning view

This complex is still in hurricane repair but the unit is in good shape. Vrbo didn't disclose unit number so checkin was difficult, but owner got back to us right away. Location is perfect, easy to go to beach with the supplied beach chairs/umbrella. Bed is comfortable.

Bonita Springs Getaway

Great location just across the beach. Quick walk back to room especially handy during those Florida afternoon storms. Place was perfect for our quick getaway.

Perfect Location

Apartment was in a perfect location with all the amenities needed for a beach vacation. Balcony was perfectly facing west to enjoy the beautiful sunset over the water. Andrew was very responsive to questions. Loved it!!

Great little getaway

We rented the condo for 2 nights during the week. Right across the street from the beach and Doc's beach house. Beautiful lanai on the 9th floor with sunset views--great for reading a book and taking it all in. If you venture to the beach, there is a wagon, beach chairs and an umbrella for you to use. Very clean and modern. It's a studio condo, but there is a partition for in between the bedroom and living room. We will definitely stay here again.

Walk to the beach

This is a great location on Bonita Beach. It was our first time to this part of Florida and we were impressed. The complex is still under construction to repair damage from the hurricane. This did not bother us, but others might want to be aware that there are areas roped off due to construction and that the pool area is not open yet. On weekdays there was construction noise, but I didn't hear much on the weekend. It is a very easy walk across the street to the beach and this was a major plus for us. Also there is beach gear including a wagon and cooler to take with you. Perfect size for two people and loved the view!

Beautiful view, convenient location.

We enjoyed our stay. The view was beautiful, and the location is convenient to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Our only issue was the complex is undergoing construction which we were made aware of the day before our visit. Andrew went above and beyond to get the furniture back on the lanai, which was great but there is noise Monday - Saturday which was disruptive. It would have been nice to know about the construction ahead of time.

Great View/Great Location

I don’t think you could do much better at this condo community than this property. High floor lent great views, updated clean bathroom, and shortest walk possible to the beach. Finding parking at the public access can be difficult and we could walk for dinner as well (Doc’s right across the street) There were bad reviews about the bed, but we found it acceptable. The pillows were the worst part, I had to use two to sleep. We read something about having issues with the shower, but we had no issues with the shower. Other than that we were very happy and would book again.
