The place is located 2km from San Juan in a very private and enjoyable community. Surrounded by beautiful mountain views, birds, monkeys. It is quite peaceful.
The house has a large Master room with 2 Queen size beds, full bathroom and closet. Second bedroom has a Queen size bed and closet and Second bathroom is next to Second room with large shower.
Kitchen and Living is open concept. Fully Equipped with cookware and dinnerware. Large refrigerator. Hot Water and full laundry room.
Outdoor space is very enjoyable overlooking the mountain you will enjoy monkeys and birds and lovely sunsets.
Guests have access to community pool and all house amenities including laundry room. Jacuzzi available for long stay or short stay for an additional fee.
Other things to note
Considering how expensive electricity is in Nicaragua and to encourage good practices on saving energy for every stay there is a daily usage of up to 10 Kwh/day. Any additional usage charge at a rate of U$ 0.33 Kwh.
