About the host
Hosted by Tiffany and Mike Gutierrez

Welcome to our home. We reside in the Capital Region of upstate NY, and we both fell for Cape Vincent’s charm (and sunsets!). We love any excuse to be outside. Hosting lets us share this little slice of peace with special guests like you. While we’re not always nearby, our local go-to is just around the corner if you need anything. Come relax and enjoy!
Why they chose this property
We chose Cape Vincent because it just felt like home away from home—quiet, friendly, and full of charm. It’s family-oriented, with neighbors who wave hello, community events that bring everyone together, and plenty of spots to enjoy the water. We love that you can walk to grab an ice cream, catch a sunset by the river, or just take a peaceful stroll. It’s the kind of place that makes you slow down and smile a little more.
What makes this property unique
Our place is all about comfort, good vibes, and location, location, location! We’re just a block from Market Street, so you’re close to all the local spots—but still tucked away enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. One of our favorite things? The view of the St. Lawrence River right from the front porch. It’s the perfect spot for your morning coffee or evening wind-down. The house has a warm, easygoing feel—just like Cape Vincent itself.
