This is the 3rd time we have stayed at the Edgewater resort, all in different units, but this was my favorite so far. It was comfortable and up to date. It was stocked with pretty much everything we needed. Maintenance was also prompt when we had to call about an issue - repair was made the same day.

Very beautiful views and very clean property. We loved the location. The only inconvenience was having only 1 operating elevator for the whole building. The day we checked out we had to walk down 12 flights of stairs with luggage due to the only elevator not working at that time.

The view was great. This condo was equipped with everything you might need. All the beach chairs, etc were very welcome. We usually have to buy chairs everytime we go. The spiral staircase was not compatible with us old folks but nice for the young ones.

The only complaints I had was there was only one working elevator on the property. Also, the condo next door had construction going on with a lot of hammering, drilling, banging, etc. It would start at 8AM every day and typically ended at 5PM. However, on the last night there were guying working in the condo past 10PM. I chose not to report it during the stay, but it's worth mentioning in the review for others to know before booking.

Very CleanGreat Communication

The property was exceptionally clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully stocked with items for families traveling with little ones. We appreciated having both a high chair and a pack-n-play available on-site. The only drawback was that the downstairs guest room didn’t have enough space beside the bed for the pack-n-play, so we had to partially place it in the closet, which made that space unusable. Upon arrival, the TV in the guest room wasn’t working, but the property manager responded quickly and had a brand-new one delivered and mounted within just a couple of hours—great service!One of our favorite features was the rooftop balcony. It was the perfect spot to relax in the sun while keeping an eye on the baby monitor during nap time. It made sneaking in a little quiet time so enjoyable!
