Clean and tidy, but poorly maintained.

First impressions were that the apartment was clean and tidy, but unfortunately we found that the apartment lacked a lot of the basics. There was no dustbin in bathroom, dustpan without a brush; Crockery was old or chipped; broken chair and missing cutlery. There appears to be a casual approach to service management with little attention to detail. There also appears to be poor or lack of servicing of AC units which were uncontrollable. The most worrying was the lack of a smoke alarm in the apartment. There was also a constant pool of water in one corner of the balcony which was not addressed during our week stay. This is a poorly equipped and serviced rental apartment at the price quoted.
