The Villa
Bahama Blues Villa #1401 is approximately 1,800 square feet and is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom villa complete with travertine tile on the ground floor and wood on upper floor(s), verandas, and a nicely appointed master suite with ensuite bath and walk-in closet. Every bedroom has their own private bathroom.

The Space
The scenery is beautiful. Enjoy the glorious mile of powder-white sand and turqoise waters to swim, kayak, snorkel, build sand castles, or simply bake in the sun. And in the evening relish watching the breathtaking sunset.

And the pastel coloured villas are giving a positive 'feel', smoothly blending with the turqoise waters for which the Bahamas are so famous.

The Neighborhood
Bahama Blues Villas, due to it’s location, are closest to the unparalleled Exuma Island chain with it’s 300 plus, mostly deserted, islands and gorgeous beaches, only 25 miles, a short boat ride! Charter boats are available.

For those who prefer a lively entertaining environment, World renowned Atlantis is only a 20 minutes ride. Enjoy the nightlife in the Caribbean largest casino and have dinner in one of the many restaurants.

This is where you also find the historic and vibrant part of the island, Nassau, which is the capital of the Bahamas. For a day of exploration, shopping or simply have a look and be surprised about the quantity of cruiseships, which are visiting Nassau on a daily basis.
