We were the first guests at this property and it exceeded expectations. The house is brand new — everything from appliances to furniture to linens felt untouched, and it was spotless when we arrived. Great view from the house looking out.We were a family of five (three young kids) and the 4BR layout gave us plenty of space to spread out. The location near Meridian Lake was a real plus — quiet, but still an easy drive into town. The host was responsive and easy to work with before and during the stay. No issues to report — everything worked as described, and the house was exactly as pictured.We'd absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to any family looking for a home base in Crested Butte. Great first stay for a great new listing.

The house is brand new and very nice. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked for everything we wanted to cook. The best part were the views from the top deck, they were outstanding! We spent a majority of our time looking back at the CB valley. The only drawback for us was that the rental did not include access to the master suite. It’s not listed as part of the rental but I didn’t think we would have rented a great place and not had access to a master bedroom. Everything else was great.
