This property was amazing. The marina was right there and yet, it was still quiet. To wake up to the view in the main bedroom was breathtaking. The weather kept of from viewing local beaches, so we shopped instead and everything was right around the corner. If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life Perdido Key on the beach is where it's at.

The townhouse is beautiful with a great view of the lagoon. It’s a quiet and peaceful area yet convenient to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Communication with the host was easy and they answered very quickly.

Such a peaceful and relaxing stay! It truly is Tranquil! The Host was so thoughtful and helpful! Definitely would stay again if we are in that area! Clean and honestly, better than the pictures (if that even seems possible!). Close proximity to anything you want or need. We spend time day at Pensacola Beach and the next day at Gulf Shores/ Foley and wasn’t a long drive! I would give 10 stars if possible!!!
So peaceful to wake up to!
With views like this, we almost didn’t even want to go anywhere else!

We stayed 5 days and everything was just great. Nice view which included Blue Angels practice! The house was clean and the furniture was comfortable. Convenient location near NAS and not too far from downtown Pensacola. Great communication with the owner before and during our stay. We gave our stay 5 stars across the board and would recommend this property to others!

Rental was spacious, clean & well appointed. Excellent location if you want to bring kayaks and/or fish. Please be wary of the sand spurs around the property and bring appropriate shoes. Host was easy to get in touch with and quickly resolved any issues.

The view was breathtaking, and sitting on the back balcony each morning to watch the sunrise was such a peaceful and refreshing way to begin the day. It quickly became one of our favorite moments during the trip. The space itself was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged to meet all of our needs. Everything we could possibly need was provided, making our stay both relaxing and convenient. The condo is beautifully maintained, tastefully decorated, and perfectly situated just steps from the harbor.One of our favorite parts of the day was watching the graceful blue heron who visited each morning and the dolphins in the distance—it felt like nature’s own welcome committee! The atmosphere was relaxing and serene, ideal for a restful getaway.Traveling with my two doodles can be a challenge, but this pet-friendly property made it a breeze. They absolutely loved exploring the area, and we appreciated how welcoming and accommodating the space was for furry guests.Ken’s place is more than just a stay—it’s an experience. Peaceful mornings, beautiful sunsets, and the soothing sound of water nearby made this one of our most memorable trips. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind in a beautiful, pet-friendly setting. 5 stars all the way!I cannot wait to go back.
