The relaxing weekend retreat was made better by the cozy farmhouse. The surrounding nature and landscape made it very easy to relax and enjoy time away. I have spent much time in similar VRBO locations throughout the states and have to throw a shout out for the cleanliness of this location. If you are heading here, make sure to spend your morning coffee break with the deer and local animals.
Beautiful house and property. Lots of room outdoors for dogs and children to explore. House is very clean and includes all necessary appliances. Only downfall is there is no laundry pods, which normally one or two is provided. Wake up to the cows across the street and cornfield to the side.
Lovely and exactly as described! The property was very clean. The host was super helpful and answered questions promptly. The scenic views were great, and it was close to Blairsville and shops. A local side store offered fresh bread, cinnamon rolls, jams, and fruits. We enjoyed watching local wildlife from the bay window. The one-step entrance, single level, and walk-in shower were greatly appreciated for our family's mobility needs. Our only regret is not being able to stay longer.
We were there 4 hours and a mouse ran out of a locked closet door scurried around the den and under the couch then back into the closet. We asked to be moved and were denied. Told to deal with it because they are field mice and it was cold. Management was rude and made so many excuses. Would give Suches Vacation Rental a zero if I could.
