The house was amazing .no response from host at all ,the oven in the house was not working.Sent a message to host 3 times 2 about the oven and 1 about what we need to do for check out.No response at all.When we arrived for 3pm check in ,the cleaning staff was still finishing up and we had to wait. House was ready at 3:40 pm.

Had a few issues: there should be owner's manuals on all appliances in the book with the installation manuals so one can find out how to get the oven to work, how to get the garage door to work, etc. The manager was not very helpful, said to call for maintenance on the oven which should not be our responsibility. Also, why is that book in a bottom drawer when it should be out so it can be looked at easily? Housekeeping was okay but not excellent; barrels for trash pick up were almost full when we arrived; had to ask a neighbor about when they were emptied so we could put them out. Keurig leaked and did not work at all. Washer leaks, not a lot but had to put a towel down so we didn't slip on the wet floor.
