Wonderful stay in a great home

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay at this fabulous home. The house is exactly as pictured and furnished with everything you could possibly need. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit and used everyday. The beach is a minute walk and lovely to be on. Our host was very responsive and offered lots of good suggestions for food, things to do, etc. There is so much room in the home and we had so much fun in the large kitchen and family room. We highly recommend this rental for you and your family!

A wonderful month in Vero Beach

We stayed the month of September and had a wonderful time. It is exactly as advertised, which doesn't always happen. The beds were very comfortable (Sleep Number). It is the most well-stocked house we've ever stayed at. I wish we could stay longer. We will be back!

A most wonderful experience. My wife and I were delighted as soon as we arrived. We found the home to be extremely well equipped with everything one could imagine. Kitchen was amazing…beds weee fantastic…outdoors were so comfortable as well. We stayed for a month and wish we could stay longer. Would have no hesitation to recommend. Quiet getaway

I will start with the owner Steve - readily available for any questions and very easy to work with. The house itself is ideally located in a quiet cul-de-sac just steps from the beach. The neighbors were super friendly and the house and beach were dog friendly. We had our little Maltese with us and she enjoyed the other dogs. It was just 2 of us (our daughter visited a couple nights). The house is plenty big and very well stocked with towels, paper products and beach gear (we only used chairs but they had umbrellas , wagon and toys too). I love to cook and the kitchen had everything! Steve was wonderful and accommodating. Thank you Foster’s for sharing!

Little Palm Lodge - Paradise Awaits

This property is everything you could wish for in a beach vacation. Wake up every day in a home that feels like your own, with nothing needed but the clothes you pack. The house boasts fantastic amenities, including a chef’s kitchen and a secluded pool. It’s just steps from the beach, and the garage is stocked with everything you might need—chairs, toys, umbrellas, even kites and fishing gear! Nestled in a quiet, secluded neighborhood, the beach feels like a private island. During summer, you’ll often find yourself alone, and when you’re not, the nearest person is hundreds of yards away. The Vero/Ft. Pierce area is fantastic, offering a great selection of restaurants, shopping, and community activities. This is our second stay at Little Palm Lodge. After four weeks, we never wanted to leave. Highlights of our trip included manatees and dolphins surfacing just feet away while we were in the ocean. Our three kids and pup were never bored with the house games and pool. The hospitality from the owners is unparalleled. If I could give it more stars, I would. This is a must-visit for your beach bucket list!

Perfection in Paradise

We love Vero and have been vacationing on the Treasure Coast for the past 26 years. Overall, this is the best house we have ever rented. From the moment we booked Steve was very helpful. He called several times before our vacation to answer any questions and provide assurances about the house. During our vacation Steve was contactable whenever we needed him and kindly adjusted the spa temperature for us. The house is one house back from the Ocean, with ocean views from the upstairs family room. Every morning we watched the sunrise from here. The beach access is just opposite the house and leads to a beautiful wide and deserted stretch of beach, where the ocean is perfect for swimming. We enjoyed walking on the beach and searching for the many turtle tracks. The house was perfect for our adult family of 7, with all bedrooms in different areas of the property. As soon as we arrived we felt relaxed and at home. The house was beautifully clean and wonderfully stocked with spare bedding & towels, everything you could ever need in a kitchen, a garage full of beach equipment and an abundance of house consumables. Silver Sands is a small and quiet community with friendly neighbours- we frequently shared a sundown beverage with a group on the community beach chairs. Vero is a hidden gem with a pleasing balance of sophistication and relaxation. Our favourite breakfast place is the Lemon Tree. Book ahead for a table at the buzzing Ocean Grill. We will be back. What an amazing experience from the location, to the house and the owner. You feel right at home walking in the door. Everything you could need in the house from a stocked pantry to every tool possible for cooking and playing on the beach or in the pool. The Fosters know how to make you feel as if you are at home and are quick to answer every question ensuring your comfort during your stay. The house itself is comfortable for anyone, my family stayed for five weeks, three children between 5 and 12yo and a pup and no one found themselves uncomfortable at any time. The beach is fantastic, like being on a private island, with perfect water and so close to the house. I worked my days but had time to jump in the pool or run down and boogie board with the kids between meetings. If you are looking for a place that you can appreciate the beach, a pool, and a luxury house full of towels, bedding, toys for outside and in then this is your spot. The title says it all, you only need to bring clothes to wear everything you could need is here. I couldn’t recommend this property or owner more, our only regret was leaving. Thank you Steve for providing my family an amazing summer vacation, this will be in our memories for a lifetime.

Perfect in Vero!

We enjoyed every minute at Little Palm Lodge. It is a clean, beautiful home in a quiet friendly neighborhood with private access to the spectacular beach via a pathway surrounded by old growth trees and pretty plantings. The home offers a terrific layout for families or friends, with room and privacy for everyone. The pool was perfect, and the owner kindly coordinated the pool heater to coincide with our swimming and enjoyment! The house is terrifically organized so that guests can enjoy it to the fullest, including the well stocked gourmet kitchen. The owner was helpful and flexible, the entire experience could not have been better. Thank you!

Ultimate beach vacation

Where do I begin? We rented Steve’s lovely home for 2 weeks, should have stayed for a month! This was the most well stocked home we have ever rented…towels, bedding, pillows, kitchen supplies, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards…anything you could possibly need is here!! We all had a blast between the pool and the beach (2 minute walk) We so enjoyed the resident tortoise and baby bunny, grandchildren checked on them daily!! Steve was such an amazing host and communication before and during was spot on! We highly recommend Steve’s home for making wonderful memories spent with family and friends. Great house and great beach

This was the best-stocked rental house that we've had in our years of renting. Everything you need to feel at home, and everything you need to enjoy the nearby beach as well. The walk to the beach is indeed just a minute or two, the sunrises are gorgeous, and the beach was never crowded while we were there. Some days we couldn't see anyone for nearly half a mile in either direction. The pool and hot tub round out the water activities. Plenty of space in the house to spread out and relax, or for games and activities. Communication with Steve was great and easy.

Can't wait to return!

We have stayed at numerous rental houses and this is the first house that I have ever checked the calendar to see how soon we can return. When we arrived I was immediately impressed by how clean the whole house was and the layout was great for all of us to have our own space. The beds were very comfortable, and every thing we could need or want was provided. I was so appreciative of how quickly Steve responded to every one of our text messages and he made sure the pool was perfectly warm every time we wanted to use it. The neighborhood is very quiet and the walk to the beach is easy. I highly recommend this rental and we are looking forward to returning.

Sally & I are from Ohio. In 2009 we bought a home overlooking the North Shore of Tahoe. We really loved this house but felt a little anxious about security between our infrequent visits. So we listed the house with HomeAway in 2010. We found great staff members to maintain and clean this house and over the next 5 years we turned it into one of the busiest VRBO rentals on the North Shore. Not only did we feel more comfortable knowing that our workers & guests were keeping an eye on things, but during that period our great staff helped us earn 73 5-STAR Guest Reviews from all over the world.

Unfortunately, travel from Ohio to Nevada is expensive and complicated by limited direct flights and 3-hour time change. We began to think that a house in Florida might be more manageable during our retirement years, so we started looking around.

It did not take long for us to realize that in order for our Florida home to be a real attraction for guests (including us) it had to be close to the Atlantic. We looked at many nice homes that were east of A1A but were 4 or 5 or 6 lots away from the beach. Really great locations, we thought, but when we actually walked those distances we knew that that it would be a problem, especially for young children (and their exhausted gear-toting parents) and for grandparents. Then we saw Little Palm Lodge and everything fell into place. The features we like best:...roomy enough to provide great privacy to each guest, proximity to the beach with deeded access, heated pool & hot tub, safe & attractive fenced outdoor patio, large well-appointed kitchen, pantry, dining areas & laundry, 4 BR - 4 BA layout to handle large groups, extra half bath for convenience, wonderful common areas with high ceilings, gas fireplace, gas outdoor grill & kitchen gas cooktop. Special kitchen touches include Cuisinart processor, Breville Mini-Convection Smart Oven, Bosch gas cooktop & Bosch dishwasher and all-stainless appliances. Our home has roomy 2-car garage with workshop & extra storage and we are located in a small (1 street, 13 homes) gated community. A bonus feature is the upstairs Ocean Room with views of the Atlantic and french doors onto a great balcony. Ocean Room even has a full bath and sofa bed for guest overflow.
