Dining room seats 8+, guest bedrooms feature private baths and kids room contains 2 bunks plus queen sofa bed. The sleeping areas at Little Palm Lodge are located in different areas of the house to provide great privacy for all guests. There is a 2-car attached garage with workshop, storage, bicycles and beach gear galore. Little Palm Lodge features 3 new SelectComfort king beds, luxury down comforters & butter-soft cotton sheets. Seriously, a good night's sleep is at the core of any great vacation and our SelectComfort beds & comforters will help you sleep each night like a baby. The upstairs Ocean Room features a wet bar, beverage cooler, bathroom with shower, open balcony with Atlantic views (also great for Canaveral launches) and our resident sailfish "Leonard" is on the wall keeping an eye on things. You will find 5 flat screen TV's, several Blueray DVD's, Xfinity cable service plus Netflix & high-speed Xfinity WiFi. The pool is equipped with a basketball backboard for kids (young & old) and in the garage you'll find a workbench & basic tools, an extra refrigerator, 4 bicycles, beach cart, beach toys & cabanas. The laundry features extra high capacity washer & dryer. Understand that on this beach you will seldom see other people except from a distance. This is a beach with privacy a billionaire would love. The nearest public access is 5 miles in one direction and almost 3 miles in the other...NO FRAT PARTIES HERE!! Couples will love the secluded, romantic location near the sea.
