Awesome 2/2/1 condo in Brownsville Country Club. Fully furnished.
The unit has been partially remodeled in 2019, with new ceiling textures, new tiled Master Bathroom

Brownsville Country Club, Vista Verde Condominiums. A couple of blocks away from BCC Golf Course and Sunrise Mall, this condo is really close to the true commercial heart in Brownsville. Centrally located, this condo grants you quick access to many restaurants and shopping centers. This unit is perfect for traveling nurses as we are only minutes away from the major Brownsville hospitals.

It features a fully equipped kitchen with all the basics, including a dishwasher, Two Flat screen TVs and a very comfortable full size sleeper sofa. The Master Bedroom has a King size bed, a private, recently remodeled bathroom and a walk-in closet. Bedroom #2 features two twin size beds. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans.

The condo sleeps 4 guests in beds and 2 more in a sleeper sofa in the living room. It allows up to 6 guests total.

The unit also has a 1 car garage with an electric garage door opener. The washer and dryer is conveniently located inside the unit, in the garage.

House trained pets are allowed through a small pet fee (non-refundable)

You can have up to two vehicles per condo, and there is no assigned parking in the complex (first come, first served)
