Great place

The place was very nice and quiet, check in was easy and no issues. Great view from the back porch and good location with food and grocery options very close. As mentioned in other reviews one of the showers has lower water pressure but not a deal breaker for me. I would definitely come back and recommend this rental for anyone looking for a place to stay.

A great place. It’s cozy, quiet, and centrally located with a lovely porch to have coffee and watch the wildlife on the small lake.

The property was just as described the process was super easy and the location was great close to all of the areas that we were planning to visit! We will definitely keep this property on our favorites list for next year's Sombrero Festival visit!

Great Views of Resaca

My family and I had a restful holiday in Brownsville while staying in this unit. The property manager was responsive in answering questions and addressed concerns very quickly. We would consider staying here again in future visits to Brownsville.

This is exactly what we were looking for, for our little family everyone really enjoyed themselves there was more than enough space. The place was clean, comfy with a great view. I loved that there was a washer and dryer definitely needed for our long stay. We definitely recommend.

Perfect Location

The property was clean, and just the right size for myself and my 2 teens. The location was perfect, as we came down for the Games of Texas which was about a 10minute drive from the property. My girls loved the reclining couch with a place to plug in their electronics. We loved watching the birds, ducks, and cranes in the lake, and even had ducks come up to the porch! It was quiet and relaxing, and just close enough to South Padre that we could take a drive down there to go to our favorite shops!

Perfect little getaway

My family and I really enjoyed the townhome. It was easy to access and quick check in. Communication with host was great! Home was very clean, it had all the basic needs. The property is located close to many stores and restaurants. The lake view was very relaxing. Overall we had a great experience and hope to stay there again soon.

I've stayed in both these condos, A and B, multiple times. They are new and fresh, always impeccably clean. The location is prime, everything within a quick drive. This property was clean, beds were comfortable and nice just like the pictures. It was located on a lake with an amazing view. The only drawback was that the bedrooms were upstairs and for seniors, well we are no spring chickens. Otherwise, we loved it.

Perfect Location and Cozy Pad…

We went down to enjoy the opening of the dove season during the special Whitewing opener. This location was 20 mins from the Loop Farms where we hunted for three days and only 30 mins from the island where we headed to have a couple nice evening dinners with our friends after our shooting! Fabulous spot on the lake that was serene and had every thing we needed during our stay. HEB was a half mile away for anything we needed!

Relaxing, great floor plan

This home was perfect for our needs! Two master bedrooms, each with a bathroom! Balcony off back bedroom overlooking a beautiful lake! Seperate TV room included upstairs. Living room, dining, kitchen and 1/2 bath downstairs with sliding glass door leading out back and again, facing the lake! Wonderful experience and this place will be 1st choice every time!

this place was never ready to rent and I only got a $50.00 credit. I think VRBO can do better
