Very convenient place to stay for a business trip or just a weekend to get away from the routine in a safe and private place. The Studio is just 40 min away from South Padre Island , few minutes away from Sunrise Mall.
The place is 12 x 24 ft.

Studio #1 is a new build located at the back/aside of my house, next to another unit rental (Studio #2) The area is safe , new , & quiet neighborhood.

No pets.

Tiny Studio

Absolutely gorgeous room! All the amenities of home in a small environment. Easy to access from the highway, easy to get into once you arrive. Highly recommend.

Perfect One Person Studio

I was in town visiting family so I didn't need a large space. This studio was exactly what I needed and more! There was a comfy bed, a kitchen section with a full sized fridge and a full sized bathroom. Communication was excellent and I felt incredibly safe leaving my personal items there while I was away. Would definitely recommend it if you need something for 1.
