Waterfront home, centrally located in the Mcgregor corridor. Spacious layout with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Relax and enjoy the Florida weather on the covered lanai, or in the pool. Take a drive down historic Mcgregor Blvd and explore the Edison and Ford Estates or vibrant Downtown Fort Myers. You can also enjoy any number of beautiful beaches- Sanibel, Captiva, Fort Myers, Bonita, and Naples. The backyard is on a wide, deep deeded canal. Docking is available. We can’t wait to have you!!
