Come experience Our 4 bed /2 bath stylishly furnished lakeside home, with private swimming pool. Unwind after a busy day at the beach around the pool enjoying the peaceful surroundings this magnificent home has to offer. The home comes fully equipped for your vacation. The home boasts a larger than normal living area with TV/DVD and premium cable TV, and for the workaholics High speed internet is available. The master suite is complimented with a Queen size bed, TV and en-suite bathroom. Our second bedroom has a queen bed for your comfort, and the third & Fourth bedroom has an additional two single beds. If you fancy a night away from the many restaurants the area has to offer then the home has a fully equipped kitchen where all you culinary needs can be put to good use. The home sleeps 8 people comfortably; however should a crib or r/way bed be required this can be arranged prior to your arrival. We stayed for 1 week over the busy Easter period and were very impressed with the Villa. It is very spacious, well maintained, clean and had everything that we needed to either dine in or take advantage of the restaurants in Fort Myers (a few in walking but better a short drive away). It is in a lovely, quiet gated community with friendly local neighbours along with other holiday villas. It has a good sized, heated pool which our kids loved and plenty enough outdoor space to sit and relax and take the beautiful views across the lake (never tired of this!). Loads of outdoor pool, beach stuff in the garage to borrow and helping to make this villa extremely homely and comfortable. Having stayed in many villas etc over the years this is one of the best. We would definitely recommend.

What a great choice we made

The pictures of the property do not show how nice and large the home is. It was a very comfortable size for my family. The host was very responsive and easy to work with. The only changes I would request would be a larger TV and more comfortable bed for the Master. It was a great stay but an uncomfortable sleep.

“Dreamy Villa“

This property allowed our family to connect so well with our extended family! Due to the size/layout of the villa, there was enough room for the teenagers to stay up later while the younger children went to bed earlier. It was easy to keep our eyes on kiddos For Safety in the pool, while making meals or cleaning up. There was enough space for the kiddos to play in one room, and adults to connect in another. My nine year old son called it, “a dreamy villa!” He was pretty right: our vacation (and relationship interaction) was so much greater because we were at this property, than if we’d been trying to squeeze us all into a small home. Thank You, God, and thank you, Petch’s!

Nice house and location. Easy access to shopping, restaurants, downtown, tourist sites. House was roomy and well-equipped. Lanai with pool right by lake; lots of birds but no gators. Mattresses were a bit soft, but the positives far outweighed this. Highly recommend.

Amazing property in perfect peaceful location!

From the moment we stepped foot inside this house we knew we had hit the jackpot! It was very spacious but had a lovely homely, cosy feel too! The view from the pool was outstanding - looking over a lake complete with water fountain! The house is located in a gated community which is kept beautifully. It is so peaceful. We enjoyed spotting the wildlife - including alligators, which kept the kids very amused! The house is decorated to a very high standard, is very clean and has lovely cool air conditioning throughout. It had absolutely everything we needed, including 4 bicycles, water toys for the pool..... and plenty of towels!! The pool was very clean and very warm! An added bonus was the location of the property.....literally only a ten minute drive to the wonderful Fort Myers Beach. We loved it here....especially the great sunsets! Supermarkets and Restaurants were literally minutes away in the car, which was so convenient. We can't really praise this property enough and would definitely recommend it to everyone wanting to stay in the Fort Myers area in Florida. We would love to return soon! Schönes Haus, mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Wir haben uns dort wohl gefühlt.

Alles in allem ist das Haus, insbesondere zu den Mietpreis, auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Für die angegebene Personenzahl von 8 Gästen wären allerdings ein paar Liegen und vor allem ein größerer Tisch auf der Terrasse wünschenswert. Insgesamt haben wir uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

All the comforts of home and MORE!

Very clean and welcoming home. The villa had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. It was a special treat to have a pool all to ourselves. The area around Beachwalk is easy to navigate. Shopping and beaches were close by. Would choose this again should we have the opportunity. Thank you so much for opening your home to us!

Super Vacation Home

The house was absolutely wonderful. Well maintained, clean and usually had somewhere in the house exactly what we were looking for. The pool was wonderful for my two grandchildren; according to them, much better than the beach. We loved it!

Beachwalk Isles Villa with heated Pool

I have stayed at this villa on a number of occasions as I find it extremely good value for money as well as a wonderful holiday home. The villa has always been clean and tidy and well maintained. I find Fort Myers area perfect for my needs as I love the state parks, the beaches are fantastic and the golf courses wonderful. What more could I ask for? There are many good quality restaurants within easy walking/driving reach.

I bought this 4 bedroom villa as my holiday home as I fell in love with the area and have had many wonderful holidays here with the family.
