Beautiful home well furnished all the amenities. The pool and patio area were fantastic. Wi-Fi was strong and worked well plenty of towels and beach accessories. We had an incredible time.

We loved our stay and hated to leave. The home was very clean and comfortable. The pool was great. The hosts actually stock this home with useful things not only for cooking but for entertainment like bicycles and pool toys. We would definitely return!

Great property! The hosts had all the amenities onsite. We were not sure that we could have a beach day, but there were chairs in the garage and beach towels in the laundry room…so we did two beach days! Neighborhood felt very safe and I started the morning with a nice walk around the block. Great place!!

Perfect Graduation weekend paradise!

Perfect location for our niece's FGCU graduation. House is beautiful, pictures don't do it justice. Two families plenty of room. Would highly recommend and want to stay again when back in Ft Myers!

Short trip for daughters graduation

Perfect location for us. Had 2 grandmas and a great grandma with us and our teenager. Plenty of rooms, bathrooms… heated pool was definitely nice. Great house!

This place was PERFECT for our family of 5 and the hosting we did for 15 people. John was very responsive the few times we had questions. The pool was perfect, the barbecue grill was used and worked great. This house is so well kept, a great layout where our kids had their own wing of the house and a large gathering area near the dining room, kitchen and living room. We’re excited for the next time our family visits the area to book this house again!

Exceptional Stay- Paradise Gem

Our stay at this beautiful house was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with hospitality. The host met us the first day and had ensured our comfort. The vacation rental itself was spotlessly clean, nicely decorated, and well stocked. The location was ideal, just a short distance to shopping, restaurants and the beach. We love spending time in the pool. We our looking forward to returning to this house in a quiet neighborhood.

Exceeded high expectations!

All we had to go by were the VRBO description , numerous enticing photos, plus a very warm and informative long distance talk with the owner. So we were enthused and cautiously optimistic. We were thrilled when everything turned out as first-rate as described, so much so that our stay really was greater than we anticipated.The home is new, tastefully decorated, very well equipped with everything guests would need. Two bicycles were also included, and riding the flat streets in this quiet subdivision was fun and safe. And the pool was very welcomed during a long stretch of low-mid 80s in January and February. Calling any home a gem is a bit ambitious, but this one lived up to that descriptor!

Great house

Wonderful week in Estero! Spacious house with nicely equipped kitchen and good quality appliances. The lanai is huge with plenty of seating. The pool was heated as promised - easily 85+ degrees during a week of cold weather which meant we were able to swim. Location was great - close to beach, restaurants and shopping. However, a couple of things detracted from our stay - the mattresses were very uncomfortable (cheap memory foam that sagged in the center) and the bedframes creaked, the pillow selection was lacking - either hard as a rock or too fluffy and unsubstantial, bedding was just a coverlet or light comforter and inexpensive sheets. Lastly, the floors were dirty when we arrived and we needed to clean them - especially since we were traveling with a crawling infant.

I cannot even put into words how absolutely perfect this property is. Our trip did not turn out as we had planned, some of our kids bailed and I had to have gall bladder surgery the week before. So glad we didn't cancel it because it was the absolute best place I can imagine to recover and relax. Although there are numerous things to do in the area, we had a hard time wanting to leave the property. There are houses around this house, but the whole time we were there, we felt like everyone else must have been out of town. It was so peaceful and quite. The pool with the lanai is perfect for resting and relaxing without the Florida bugs getting you. Every night we were there we could see the beautiful moon come up right over the house. The house was beautifully landscaped and the architecture of the house blew our minds. There was never a moment that we needed something that it wasn't just right there at our fingertips. Definitely will save this as one to return to. Magic!! Thank you so much!
