DO NOT STAY HERE: The property was disgusting. Photos online were misleading. Wait until you see it. You need a truck just to get down the rear shared driveway due to the concrete protruding and will damage your vehicle. When you get to the property, the fence is falling in and the home exterior is badly damaged. Enter the property, it was dirty and unkept in a sketchy area being sold as "The Colony", which is a prominent area in Dallas. The home smelled, and was physically dirty. I declined the stay and had to pay double for an alternative place. I called the contact for the property, she finally contacted me 6 days later and was very nasty. She became upset because i told her why i did not stay at the property and then she had the nerves to tell me that i should not have waited until it was timebforbme to travel to select a place. And she told me that they would provide proof of cleaning if ai would have asked. Mind you, i tried several times to contact them and the took 6 days to respond. When i called her on this action, she said she was going to report me for harrassment. Smh and she said my refund is denied. Dont stay at this property unless you are desperate and have no choices other than a tent if value your safety. Always check the reviews. I did not do my due diligence.

DO NOT BOOK – Unsafe & UninhabitableWe checked in expecting a safe family stay. Instead, the property was unusable: strong odor of dog urine, visible dirt/hair on the carpet, broken light bulbs in bedrooms, and rusted appliances. Despite repeated calls and messages, the host never responded directly to me. They told Vrbo support a cleaning crew would be sent, but no one ever showed up. She not even 1 times picked up my call or tried to call or sms. WORST experience of our life!I waited with my family (including 2 young kids) from 6 PM until 11 PM with no action taken. At that point, we had no choice but to leave and secure another place that night. Vrbo’s own case records confirm the host failed to resolve the issues despite multiple commitments. This was one of the most stressful and disappointing experiences we’ve had as a traveling family. If you value cleanliness, safety, and reliability, avoid this property & host by all means!
