Steps Away from the Ocean, Sand and tons of Restaurants. The Seashell Stage (with free nightly entertainment!) and Casino Ballroom are just a few Steps Away, as well as both of the strip's Gaming Casinos. Steps Away from the Water Slide, Mini Golf, Arcades and the Blue Ocean Discovery Center (with a touch tank!). Steps Away from lots of Unique Shops and plenty of Night Life. Steps Away from Relaxation. Steps Away from Fun!

Steps Away has been newly renovated. It is completely furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, brand new stove/oven, Air Conditioning, Bed and has cable television with OnDemand and Showtime (not that you will need it, you'll be at the beach!). There is ONE (1) Covered Parking Spot.

Queen size bed and a pull out sofa, there is also room for an Air Mattress in the Living Room.

This property was perfect for us. Was so nice to just park the car for our stay and be able to walk to the beach, restaurants, and the ballroom (we saw 2 shows there).

Was very convenient for the beach access and better than a hotel room. Like being at home with all the amenities and clean. Two flights of stairs sure gave me a workout,lol but it was so worth it. Definitely will come back again.

Weekend getaway

Stayed for a couple nights in the off season for the Smuttynose Half Marathon. Location was perfect and walkable to everything we needed to do. Would be a worthwhile choice in close proximity to everything in season for sure. Ideal for a single person or couple, would be harder space wise for multiple people to stay.

Our view was blocked by buildings, couldn’t see the beach. I was very disappointed by the cleanliness of the place. 2 rugs in bathroom looked like they hadn’t been washed in a while. The dresser in the living room area had some nasty stuff on the dresser handles. I was very disappointed in the place. I took pictures of it all.

Unit was cute and clean. Only issue we had was with the parking we have a full size Ram quad cab and we did not fit in the space provided and had to pay extra to park in a lot at the end of the street for the weekend.

Perfect location, comfortable.

We had a great time! Bridget was easy to contact and very friendly. Great for a couple, enough space to move around, having a small fridge, stove and sofa area is a plus. All the basic where there for cooking. The location is great, one bloc from the beach, the sea shell stage and from the action from the boardwalk. But not too loud at night. Bed is really soft, so if you like firm, be advise.

Great location but tiny!

The “condo” was the perfect location! It’s smack dab in the heart of Hampton Beach. Beach, shops, and restaurants all within walking distance. The description was a bit misleading. I asked the owner if the bedroom was separate and she replied, yes, but there’s no door. The unit is actually just one big-ish room. We were there for our annual girls trip so it worked for the 3 of us. The only thing I would mention to the host is that the floor was filthy. We take off our shoes at the door and we had black feet in minutes from walking barefoot on the floor. Thankfully there was at least a broom in the unit. This is a great place for a couple who doesn’t need space to spread out. It was just a tiny bit tight for 3 women and all our stuff!

Everything was as expected. Very clean and everything was functional. AC worked well. Bed was comfortable although the sleeper sofa could use a bit more cushion. Very convenient access to beach and boardwalk. Will stay here again if possible. Overall, 5 stars!
