The kitchen has granite countertops with a wide peninsula and 4 countertop height chairs. There is a formal dining room seating eight at the front of the house where the second sitting room can be found, also containing two comfortable sofas

The master suite has a King bed with en-suite bathroom with separate shower, large corner bath and a walk in closet containing a safe. 55 inch TV and Spectrum cable TV box.
The second Master bedroom has a queen bed, 42inch Smart TV and Spectrum cable TV box. The en-suite bathroom, has a bath with shower. The two twin bedded rooms have two beds and 24inch Roku smart TVs. TheY share the third bathroom which also contains a bath with a shower

All bathrooms have granite countertops .
There is a games room in the garage where there is a Pool table and foosball table. The garage also contains, two sets of golf clubs, tennis rackets and two bicycles in the games room and a washing machine and tumble dryer.
