Charming 1940s home in the heart of Murphys! A short walk to local wineries, dining, & shops, the home blends vintage charm with modern comfort. Inside, find an oversized couch, 65` TV, fully equipped kitchen +games for all. Outside, enjoy breathtaking views from the gazebo, gather around the fire pit, or enjoy a game of cornhole or darts. With lots of room for your group, the home is perfect for fun, meals, & relaxing after a day downtown or enjoying many of the outdoor activities close by.

Fully remodeled, Vintage Vine House offers a perfect blend of vintage character and modern comforts, ideally located just a short walk from local wine tasting rooms, restaurants, and boutique shops. Only a 20-minute drive to Big Trees, a 45-minute drive to Bear Valley Ski Resort or Lake Alpine, and with many activities in between, there is something close by for everyone in your group to enjoy.

In the house, the spacious family room features an over-sized couch and 65” TV to kick back and relax. For the chef in your group, enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances and a variety of culinary essentials. The adjacent dining nook fits all guests comfortably for meals or to play any of the variety of games available. In the first of the three bedrooms find a King bed and dedicated workspace, while the other two have comfy Queen beds.

The backyard is the crown jewel of the home, with a fire pit area, expansive deck for lounging, dining patio with chiminea, and stunning views of a large field with the hills just beyond. Get in a game of darts on the custom outdoor dartboard or enjoy a game of cornhole on the long patio.

Vintage Vine House has all you need for relaxing after the various close by activities, or just spending time with family and friends enjoying the laid back ambiance Murphys has to offer.

The garage and main hallway closets are not for guest use. There is plenty of kitchen cabinet space available for food or other belongings during your stay.

Outdoor games and accessories are located in the hutch next to the garage in the backyard. Darts, Corn hole, big Jenga, big Connect 4.

On hot weekends, grab ice for the freezer or your coolers on your way into town if you can, the grocery store and gas stations can run out sometimes.
Parties are not permitted at Vintage Vine House. Parties will result in forfeiture of remaining reservation without refund. Please feel free to gather with other friends and family here during your stay as long as everyone is respectful of the house and of our neighbors.

No smoking or vaping inside the house. Smoking and vaping are permitted in the front or backyard, please dispose of ashes and cigarette butts safely before departure. Ashtrays are provided for your convenience.

Dogs are permitted, up to two dogs per reservation. Please include your pet in your reservation request so the pet fee is applied at that time. If something changes and you need to add or remove a pet from your reservation, we`ll be happy to help update your reservation.

Please do not leave dogs unattended at the house or allow pets on furniture. It`s important to us that our guests, with and without fur babies, find Vintage Vine House comfortable and clean. If deep cleaning or repairs are required due to damages or messes from pets, related additional costs will be passed on to the guest.

Please use BBQ carefully several feet away from the house.
