Mio Residences 306 is located along Banderas Bay on the Riviera Nayarit, just north of Puerto Vallarta. Exceptional modern design combines with luxurious decor and pleasing aesthetics. The natural setting looks over lush natural areas by the Flamingos Golf Course, and sits near many popular restaurants and bars nearby. You are a short drive from Marina Vallarta, as well as Nuevo Vallarta to the north.
Mio 306 is a two bedroom apartment featuring contemporary suite style bedroom with private bathroom with a bathtub, king sized bed, two full beds and a 65" TV. The living room includes an L shaped sofa that converts into a bed, and a 55" TV. The dining table seats six, and a kitchen equipped with all appliances along with a Nespresso capsule coffee machine.
The Mio Residences has a reception desk reception, elevators, and a gym. There is a pool available on the ground floor with a sundeck, as well as a long rooftop pool with lounge chairs, cabanas, and concierge service as well. Parking is available for 1 vehicle.
