The unit is very nice, clean, and well-equipped. The on site amenities of the pools, restaurant, and beach are great and our family had a wonderful time here! Check-in was easy with instructions from the host, and the on-site concierge is very nice and helpful from check-in throughout our stay.

We enjoyed the beach and the pool. Great having a restaurant right on the property. Condo was nice, a little dusty but otherwise clean. There was absolutely no extras, there was two extra rolls of toilet tissue and a bottle of dish detergent. Extra blankets are defiantly needed. The electrical outlet in the kitchen is hanging off the wall so we had to use the living room plug for everything. Extra plug by fridge but not practical to plug anything into, the same with the plug behind the garbage cans. Don't expect much regarding the second bedroom very dark and dingy but ok just for sleeping, the window opens to the outside hallway, need the fan and ac running all the time. No mirrors in the place except in the bathrooms. The master bathroom is very nice but the other has very very bad lighting, couldn't even shave there. We would stay there again as we are prepared for the inadequacies.

I love this condo, this was my 4th stay. The property manager is always easy to reach if there is an issue. Aria ocean is user friendly, restaurant on property . Close to everything

This property will meet your needs but could sure use an update. New floor for sure and good cleaning, would be appealing. Also, with no oven or bbq, microwave and stovetop are only options to cook meat.

I’’ve stayed two times and going for a third stay in match. The new sofa in living room is very nice all though the Mattress in main bedroom has stains and needs replacing, faucet in kitchen is broken. It’s showing it’s age. I love the location, it’s quiet, the view is awesome. Thank you marina.
