We always love spending time at peninsula. The neighbourhood and staff around the property are amazing. Great view of ocean and sunset. Oven doesn't work Bath tub doesn't work Water was shut off many times during 2 week stay and quite annoying having to contact lobby to fix it every time. Shower heads need to be replaced. We cook a lot for our child with special needs and dietary needs so the oven was very inconvenient to not be working. Cleaner twice a week was great. Black out shade fell on my head out of the ceiling when I was closing it one night. Glad it wasn't on my children. That was fixed the next day. Felt like we were always waiting in the condo for someone to come fix or try to fix something. Overall we always enjoy Nuevo, we will be back but not to this condo.

Living My Best Life in Paradise

This is my second review for this beautiful condo. I love it SO much I extended my stay!!!! I just couldn’t leave …… this condo is the BEST in the complex. The view is perfect. Mountains, ocean, pool and stunning sunsets every night. My host José is amazing…… his only concern is that his guests have the best experience possible. I really can’t say enough about how helpful and patient he has been. My new friend Angelica is above and beyond an amazing cleaner. She makes sure my condo is sparkling clean. And she is the sweetest young woman I’ve met here. I will remember this time as the best decision I’ve ever made and hope to come back

My new favourite home

I have to keep pinching myself because I absolutely can’t believe the beauty at this resort. Anything you could ask for is available here. The food is so delicious and reasonably priced. Get a Mudslide drink!! It’s so good. My host José is such a patient man. He has helped me with a few issues and it’s ALWAYS resolved quickly. I feel grateful that he is my host.

Perfect place for family vacation

The condo is beautiful and very clean, Jose always there to help. Can’t wait to go back. The area is safe and the complex is very modern and clean. Spent lots of time in the pool which is jaw drop.
