Icon Vallarta is the newest destination in Puerto Vallarta which is unmatched throughout Mexico. The development which was featured on the April 2010 cover of Architectural Digest combines the contemporary architecture by award-winning firm Arquitectonica and the unique style of Philippe Starck. The cool design style continues throughout the apartment with a modern urban design style.

The 2 bedroom plus den apartment includes 3 full baths (accommodating 4-6 guests) and is accessible by private elevator. The spacious outdoor terraces with undulating glass provide captivating views of the Pacific Ocean, Banderas Bay, downtown Vallarta as well as the specular tropical mountain ranges.


High-end furnishing throughout:

Fully equipped Kitchen with Professional-grade GE Monogram appliances along with full-size washer/dryer.

Living room includes a 42” LCD, Bose Home Theater System, Apple TV and an XBOX 360.

Each bedroom includes a King bed (B&B Italia) with 1000tc Egyptian cotton sheets, iPOD docking stations and 40” LCDs.

The study includes the necessities to keep you in touch with the office while enjoying all of Vallarta – an HP Wireless Printer, FAX, copier, scanner, US based IP phone (with a San Francisco area code and free calling through the US), along with 2 local cell phones. YOU WILL ALSO HAVE FREE USE OF AN iPad for stays in 2011. Browse the internet at the pool or lounging on the terrace.

Throughout the apartment are 4 wireless phones utilizing the US phone number, Wireless N Internet and an expansive cable package with US networks (CNN,HLN, FOX, ABC, NBC, CBS)

The property features 3.5 acres of stunning oceanfront property with exclusive beach access, lavish gardens featuring an exquisite collection of Mexican art sculptures, majestic and entirely open 2-story lobbies in each of the three towers characterized by a the Philippe Starck surreal ambiance. A spectacular 500 feet infinity-edge pool divided into an Olympic-length lap and recreation pool overlooking the Pacific Ocean, a wading pool (where tables and chairs may sit in the water), and a shallow pool integrated into the main lobby of Tower 1 - - all designed by Starck

The Ocean-front gym is equipped with top-of-the-line free weights, strength training and cardio equipment along with a full spa with sauna and steam rooms, whirlpool and cold-plunge pools.

Overall, this place was beautiful. Loved the amenities, the easy access to pool area and beach. Although had some initial communication misunderstanding with checking in, property manager was easy to get in contact with and figure it out. Not a big deal, but would have loved to see more cultural decor here. Would definitely come back.

Scheduled a quick vacation before school starts back up. Awesome location and a great property with all the amenities on site, short walk, or easy Uber ride. Tons of beach activities available. Condo has beautiful views of the ocean, pool, and surrounding mountains. Host and property management team were easy to reach and available as needed. They checked in, things were running smoothly. Will book this location again!

Great property and Great location

We very much enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo! The location is within 10-12 minutes of the airport, near lots of great restaurants (marina area in particular), and still only a 100 pesos and 15 min taxi to downtown action. The condo itself is very spacious and has everything you need for a weeks stay. We spent most of our days on the beach in front of the Condo, but on the property grounds/pool area there are food options and a bar service (for a fee). The management staff were great to deal with and very quick to respond to any questions we had. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to vacation in PV.

We have stayed many times at the ICON. Best equipped kitchen ever. The views from the 18th floor are spectacular and the condo is wonderful. Clean, well furnished, and about anything you could ever need. Proximity to grocery store is an advantage. ICON property is beautiful and the staff is attentive and friendly. We'll be back!!!!!!

Gorgeous views and easy access to beach

Lovely property and stay while getting easy access to the beach and restaurants. The condo was well stocked with towels and we certainly enjoyed use of the pool. The place was clean and the condo staff were friendly. Amenities were five stars! There was more foot work than anticipated to get set up for this stay- registering for access to the condo was a more involved process than anticipated and we had to coordinate with an on site assistant. While everyone was super nice, this extra hassle would have been easier if communicated up front. Expect to provide accurate arrival time, provide photo identification before hand via email, and register with the lobby desk attendant for wrist bands. We would certainly come visit again! Perfect views with clean and ample accommodations.

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. Fully stocked kitchen, with comfortable beds and a great ocean view. The grill and bar were a nice bonus next to the beach and the pool area was beautiful. We hiked a lot and were able to see much of the PV area. Highly recommend.

Amazing beach front oasis

This is our second time staying at this beautiful condo in PV. We love it here! So peaceful and removed from the hustle of downtown but it’s only a 100 peso quick ride to the action of zone romantica when we’re in the mood. The pool, beach, spa and beach bar are fabulous and the staff is top notch. You won’t want for anything except more time here. Gracias Al y Leo.

Spacious and breezy condo!

I rented this condo for a month and had several guests come and go. Everyone loved it! The condo and grounds are beautifully designed for amazing breezes with both pool and beach access. We never did not find chaises! Although getting to town requires a cab (they are under $5USD and always available) it is worth it for this condo space. Staff, including condo manager, concierge and restaurant servers were all friendly and helpful. And Alan, the owner, could not have been kinder. First time to PV and absolutely had a fabulous time!

The view says it all

This was our second time in the unit, this time for 5.5 weeks!! It was fantastic. The furniture is basic and it isn't stuffed with "things" . There is good kitchen ware for cooking in, the grocery store is at most a 5 minute walk. The view out the expansive window (which opens almost completely) is AMAZING. We spent hours looking at the view. Sunsets were incredible. The bedding was comfortable, 3 bathrooms were great for a 2 bedroom condo. Loved having direct access from the elevator, so didn't have to take keys with us. The staff at Icon are super nice, friendly and helpful. We would not hesitate to go back, and wish we could have stayed longer.

My husband and I have stayed at the ICON many times and once again we had an excellent stay. Alan the owner was very organized and has Luxury Beach manage his property. Fiona and Leo the Property Managers were very responsive when we contacted them about check out. We actually had no issues so did not need their help very much. The beds were very comfortable and TV's in every room! Tip... on the remote there is a button that can change the language on some channels to English... The ICON is an excellent property. The concierges are more than helpful, the beach bar is great and doesn't break the bank. The servers are outstanding. Sorianas (the grocery store) is nearby and has everything you could need. Centro is a short cab ride away. We are returning to the ICON for sure!!
