Welcome to your retreat at Lake Powell. Nestled in a peaceful community on the Utah/Arizona border near Page, this private home offers lake views from the deck, and all the modern amenities for a memorable stay. Whether you're here for adventure or relaxation, this home is your ideal escape. The location is very private and a great place to relax after visiting the lake or parks. Enjoy outdoor adventures, hiking, biking, off-roading, paddle boarding, kayaking or boating.

Everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay is here, including the fastest wireless internet access in the entire area, central heating and air conditioning, laundry room, a gas BBQ and a large 65" flat screen TV, 3 flat screen TVs, ping pong, pool table and games.

The living area has reclining leather sofas and beautiful furniture. The spacious living area will quickly become your favorite place to relax after a day of outdoor exploration or lake fun. Featuring high ceilings and windows that frame panoramic views of Lake Powell. A large dining table provides room to enjoy games and family meals with additional bar seating and new appliances to cook the best home-cooked meals.

After eating dinner at the large dining table, head outside for a tranquil evening, enjoying the beautiful desert mesa from the porch. Enjoy the calmness of the area and dark skies as you gaze at the amazing night sky in a dark sky zone.

Afterward, head inside for a night of restful sleep in the three bedrooms, to re-energize for another exciting day in beautiful Lake Powell.

Despite incredible comfort at the home and astounding views of the mesas and lake, be sure to explore the surrounding area to experience all the excitement the area has to offer. For the outdoor enthusiasts in your group, Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, Glen Canyon Dam, and Rainbow Bridge are some of the many incredible places to visit the beautiful views of the area.

The house was perfect… Everything was well stocked, super clean, tons of towels and blankets, a lot of space. The only thing I would recommend is some loungers for outside patio to sit comfortably and enjoy the quiet nights and mornings. The host were super responsive and the house had everything you could need. Beautiful sunrise, and sunset. And super close to all the main attractions.

Perfect house for your Lake Powell trip

This was the perfect property for our week at Lake Powell. The house was so nice and clean! The kitchen had everything we could have needed. The location was great for launching at Wahweap marina. The host was so kind and easy to communicate with. We will definitely try to book this property again next year!

Short stay between Moab and Grand Canyon

We only stayed 2 nights but wish it could have been longer, the house was great. Super clean and accommodating, they had everything we needed. Communications was great. We would definitely stay here again, it’s outside of town and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The lower canyon tour and Horseshoe Bend are must sees while you’re in Page.

We had a great stay in this well located house, close to Lake Powell and easy to access. Very quiet neighborhood with parking on the side for a boat.The house is very clean and comfy and well set-up.The host is very attentive and is great at communicating.I give this place five stars and reccomend it.Thanks

This was a great property!! We came her to spread my brother’s ashes who passed a few months ago so it was a somber stay but being here at this place, made it so much more bearable and enjoyable. Family came to visit and we spent time on the porch, reflecting on our brother/son/uncle/all the things he was to us and it was so nice to look out and see the very spot we spread his ashes, Lone Rock. My brother loved Lake Powell in his teen years. It was a time he was truly free and enjoyed his life to the fullest. Thank you Suzanne for allowing us to stay in your home while we officially said good bye. It was beautiful, clean and perfect. I highly recommend.

Stunning In Page

We had an unforgettable stay at this stunning property in Page, AZ. The setting was absolutely breathtaking—nestled in Glen Canyon with panoramic views and a night sky so clear and full of stars it felt otherworldly. The home itself was beautiful, impeccably clean, and flawlessly maintained. You can tell great care is taken here. Its location made day trips to several national parks super convenient, which was a huge plus for us. Rex and Suzanne were amazing hosts—communicative, helpful, and genuinely kind. They even sent us a thoughtful gift for our anniversary, which meant so much. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!
