- We kindly ask that there are no fireworks, loud music, or rowdy behavior.

- Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.

- A 10% deposit will be charged at the time of booking, with the remaining 90% automatically charged to the card on file 30 days before check-in for reservations made outside of Airbnb.

- Absolutely no pets. If a pet is discovered, there will be a $250 upcharge.

Property is well maintained and in a nice quiet area. Enjoyed the trails you could hike. Wish the pond had different fish and clean enough to swim, but we didn't miss those activities too much. General layout of the house was very nice and enjoyed the screened porch every day! Lost power, then lost water due to pressure tank issues. My son and I googled how to fix it and luckily it worked! Response time to have someone call us on this issue was slow. We had a 6 yr old, 4 yrs old and 6 mo. old. Older ones really needed a bath after an active day so the night was pretty late before they got to bed. Grill was not useable in our opinion so we purchased a small charcoal one to use and take home. There is a bee nest under the deck on the left side, had to keep the kids from that area. Someone may want to take care of that! We were told there was a high chair and kids silverware. We found neither. High chair would have been a big help with the baby but we managed just fine. Despite the inconvenience of a few minor things, our family enjoyed our time together.
