Nice place to stay. We needed a one night respite between cities and this house was just right. We didn’t use the amenities just the bed and bathroom, but they were amazing. We also ate at a couple of amazing spots in town. Would recommend this place for a quick retreat.

This is very convenient for anyone spending time at the Tulsa expo center, however if you have large vehicles you will barely fit into the driveway and no one else parks on the street. There are no electrical outlets inside either bathroom for hair dryers/curling irons, one of the toilet paper holders was about to fall off the wall and windows could use a deep cleaning. If you have a larger dog no worries about the back yard, but there are broken gaps in the fence (with screws sticking out) that my small dog couldve escaped out of if I hadn't been watching as well as loose screws and some random tool stuck in the dirt. AC worked wonderfully which was great with the unseasonably hot weather, appliances new and worked well and there was always plenty of hot water. Internet access was awesome as well.

If you are looking for comfortable beds and awesome coffee this is your place. It is conveniently located just off of the highway & only minutes away from Sagenet Center.Pros: comfortable beds, great water pressure, stocked kitchen, quiet neighborhood, great communication with host Cons: only 3 wash cloths & 1 kitchen hand towel , could use a deep cleaning
