3BR w/loft Located in the heart of Vail Village, parking, hot tub & pool!

Our location at 9 Vail Road is in the center of Vail makes it easy to walk to the restaurants, great shopping and the base of Vail ski resort. The normally is well suited for 2 or 3 couples or a family. Our master has a king bed, the 1st guest bedroom has a King, and the 2nd guest bedroom has 2 XL twin beds. Each bedroom has an on-suite bathroom and TV. There is a large living room, and a second floor balcony for kids to escape. One parking space is available in the underground heated garage. There is a year round outdoor heated pool and hot tub.

Perfect place for Family Time before Vail Wedding

This home was an ideal gathering place for us. The convenience of the location and the elevator access helped my disabled husband and me to enjoy Vail Vilage with his brother and wife from Australia. It was a holiday with no hassles. This home was very well equipped, clean and most comfortable.

Great house!

We had an excellent time in vail and this property was perfect for our family! Plenty of room for my husband and I, our 4 children and my parents. The kitchen was supplied with everything we could need, beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. Debbie is very helpful and quickly answered any questions we had. Ideal location! We would stay here again :)

First Vail Ski Trip

The condo was perfect for our family on our first visit to Vail. The location is ideal and we were able to walk to everything in Vail Village and also walked to Lionshead for dinner. The property is much larger than we expected. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. Debbie is a great host; she was very communicative and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Terrific Accommodations at Vail Villiage

July is a great time to visit Vail! Our accommodations were perfect for a family of 5. Location couldn't have been better - literally steps from the Vail Village walking mall and one of the many bus stops to Lions Head if the 12 minute walk was too much! Our condo was very comfortable, clean and contemporary with plenty of room for our family to spread out. And the underneath parking garage accommodated our large SUV. Communication with the owners was easy and any questions were quickly responded to. And a great view of the mountain from the deck. We had a great stay!

Great property in fantastic location in heart of Vail Village

We had a fantastic stay at this property. Easy checkin and check out, no long list of "duties" to check out. You cannot beat this location. On the In-Town bus route, steps to coffee shops, restaurants and shops. The condo is beautiful and as shown in pictures. Rooms are well appointed and very large. Kitchen has everything and was stocked with coffee, filters, spices, Owner had provided many essentials in the bath rooms and even some sunscreen. Owner was great to work with and prompt with communication. The elevator in the building and the included parking spot add more value saving dragging luggage around. There is a separate entrance to hallway for upstairs bedroom so no suitcases up the spiral stairs! The balcony is large with very nice seating area for coffee in the morning. Also unique is the air conditioning in two of the three bedrooms. If this property is available, book it. Hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

We had a wonderful stay over the Christmas holiday.

We’ve been visiting Vail for years. Typically we stay in Lionshead and this was our first stay in Vail Village. The condo is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The three bedrooms and baths gave everyone (we have three older teenage daughters), their own space to spread out, sleep and get ready. The location was perfect and close to many of our favorite restaurants and shopping. It’s also very close to the bus stop to get you to Lionshead Village. We visited the deli around the corner, the spa at The Four Seasons, and found several new breakfast and hotspots for cocktails and snacks nearby. While we typically visit for skiing in the winter months, a summer trip would be exceptional for all the named reasons plus the large deck and grill. We didn’t do any cooking, but the kitchen was well outfitted if we had chosen too eat in. Very handy to have the washer/dryer in the unit as well. The owner was very quick to respond to my call with a question upon arrival and even checked in again the next day. We will certainly look to see if this property is available for future trips and highly recommend it for your consideration. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Crisis averted with great communication

I do not review properties often because most of the time I am satisfied, but not blown away. My experience here was ultimately a very good one, and I would definitely recommend a repeat stay to friends and family. The condo was well equipped and I appreciated that they had a lot of spices etc for cooking. My daughter enjoyed playing the Wii that the owner has upstairs. The only hiccup was that we came in to town late and when we got there the lock code was not the code written in the check-in documentation. Fortunately the owner had given me her cell number even though she was on her own vacation in Mexico. I texted her and she texted me back almost immediately. We were able to get in to the unit within about 15 minutes even though it was after 11pm. I really appreciated the immediate response because I did not know what else we would have done in Vail close to midnight.

Great Location and Wonderful Host

We had a great time staying here. Just a great location and perfectly setup for a family. Very easy to get to the mountain for skiing and located right in the Village for easy access to all that offers. Great communication from the host both prior to and during our stay. Would highly recommend.

Quick ski vacation

This is the second year we have stayed here. Great property, and the location is phenomenal. You are in Vail village and don’t even need to use the buses. Debbie is helpful and a great host.

Beautiful place and great host

We had a wonderful stay and can't say enough about the host and place. Its about a 10 minute walk to Gondola one so in the future we would rent skis on the mountain (not use the delivery service) and store our skis and boots at a rental place. The majority include that service with a rental.

Great Vail Condo

Lovely stay! Amazing location.

We loved our stay at this property. Plenty of space for our family of 4 and was in a fabulous location. We skiied each day and didn't use our car once. In unit laundry made our stay convenient. We didn't cook, but the kitchen was well appointed. Debbie was very communicative and took the time to check in to make sure everything was going well for us.
