Come enjoy a beautiful, warm unit with views of the beach!! relax and step outside to enjoy miles of gorgeous Maine beaches. Conveniently located on Old Orchard Beaches historic E Grand ave. a mere 5 minute walk to shops, restaurants, and the Pier!
Attached to this building is a lovely Mom and Pop sandwich shop to fill you up for all the days activities that await. Or sit back on the porch relax and feel the ocean breeze wisp your worries away.

This unit is on the second floor and has two individual bedrooms with no living room. the beds are both full/ double size.
There is a nice little backyard with a barbecue pit. This is shared between the other units. This is a great place to relax when not on the beach!
Guest access
Use the front door to go upstairs to the apartment. Also you can walk around the building to the barbecue area
