Excellent place , location was great and the place is new and super clean . They have everything you need. Bathroom and shower were perfect and clean. You can walk anywhere from this location and the beach is 500 ft from the vrbo. We will be going back for sure .

Perfect, all but the rain.

This property is so nice. I can't wait to rent it again.Very clean, quiet and so so cozy. Just a few steps from beach and near lots of fun places. I would recommend it to anyone looking for comfy and cozy. Love it!

Quick Night on the Beach

Adorable cottage near the beach

This cute little place was spotless, well-maintained, and extremely close to the beach. It was quiet and had a well-stocked kitchen. Loved Paulette and Phil, who were good communicators and excellent hosts!

Great Beach Cottage

Paulette's and Phil's cottage was wonderful. The cottage was extremely clean and comfortable. In addition to that Paulette and Phil are great hosts.

The Teddy Baer Bungalow was amazing. We’ve been vacationing in Old Orchard for years. The quality of some of the places we’ve stayed at previously has continued to decline. The Teddy Baer was an incredible find. Immaculately clean, so close to the beach and beautiful inside. Couldn’t have asked for anything better. Phil was the perfect host. We’ll definitely be back.

Home away from home

What a wonderful property! Absolutely everything you might need is right here. Close to the beach, close enough to the pier to walk. Every convenience is here, microwave, stove, Keurig, blender. The property owners are right on site, there if you need anything, and quiet enough you’d hardly know they’re there. At the end of the day when walking in, felt just like coming back to home, became so comfortable and familiar quickly.

Delightful

This property is just as delightful in person as it is in the pictures. It was spotlessly cleaned and maintained, a few steps to the beach, and was equipped with everything I needed for the week. Ms. Paulette was very kind and extremely responsive to any questions I had. The location was safe, the weather perfect, and in close proximity to laundry facilities, restaurant, and store. I would definitely elect to stay here again.

A great place for 2 people! Very clean and cozy!

It was all very good. Some folks are allergic to fragrance tho so the linens should be washed in fragrance- free soap and dryer sheets.
