Parking is included at no additional cost and for your convenience the owners live on site.

Absolutely lovely large studio-type apartment with large kitchen, nice sitting area, front porch, and back patio dining area - complete with linens and towels - and only 1 block from the beach! Bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything you needed for cooking and appliances. Host is communicative and friendly and helpful. I hope to be back here soon and would highly recommend this for a couple or individual.

If you’re looking for a clean place this is it. This place has everything you need and the beach is 1 minute walk . Quiet area to sleep like a rock and so close to everything you can walk down the street to the pier , 5 minutes . The host is always very helpful , very nice people .

The property was very clean, the check-in process was very simple. Offstreet parking right outside the door house was well stocked with towels and linens, cleaning supplies, etc. it was nice knowing that we didn’t need to bring much with us. There are some kitchen stuffs there that are included. Had a coffee pot and a Keurig machine, which was a bonus for us. Two minute walk to the beach very safe neighborhood. We are looking forward to renting again in the near future. The hosts are great!

This place was absolutely adorable and beautifully upgraded—such a cozy and stylish retreat! The location couldn’t have been better, just a short stroll to the beach. It was the perfect spot to unwind after a busy day exploring Portland. Honestly, our only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer. Highly recommend!

Excellent place , location was great and the place is new and super clean . They have everything you need. Bathroom and shower were perfect and clean. You can walk anywhere from this location and the beach is 500 ft from the vrbo. We will be going back for sure .
