A dog and cat on the property have access to all parts of the fenced in yard so you might cross paths with these friendly animals . A small pet under 30 lbs is also welcome. This quiet and peaceful property features 1 bedroom with a comfortable and supportive memory foam queen bed, a bathroom with a bathtub/shower, and an additional living room space with loveseat and oversize chair. Mini fridge, microwave and toaster oven provided. There is a t.v. in the unit with Roku channels. Smoking is allowed outside.
