Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home. Newly renovated and updated, this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home is perfect for a retreat.
Cozy up in the comfortable living room, enjoy a meal in the open and spacious kitchen, or savor the outdoor space. Take a stroll to the beach and boardwalk in less than 10 minutes from the home to enjoy the best Atlantic City has to offer. Tropicana Casino is less than a 5 minute walk. There are also many local eateries located close to the property.
FRONT DECK:
-There is a deck with 2 chairs to relax outdoors and enjoy a cup of coffee or a cocktail.
DINING AREA/KITCHEN:
-With a table to seat 8 and a large open concept kitchen stocked with new appliances and many amenities for your cooking pleasure.
-There are also additional bar stool seating along the counter top in the kitchen.
-Off of the kitchen is a half bathroom, and the door to the backyard.
LIVING ROOM:
-Off of the dining area is a roomy living room with a comfortable couch and a large Smart TV (no cable, just streaming apps).
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
-The staircase to the second floor leads to 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.
- BEDROOM 1- Queen sized Bed, with ensuite full bathroom
- BEDROOM 2- Queen Sized Bed with smart TV
- BEDROOM 3- Queen Sized Bed
-There are also 2 air mattresses provided for additional sleeping arrangements if needed.
BATHROOMS:
- Half bathroom on main level off of the kitchen
- Full bathroom in the upstairs hallway
- Full bathroom located in Bedroom 1
BACKYARD:
-The backyard is a wonderful space to enjoy the outdoors, with seating area under a bistro lit pergola.
-There is a charcoal grill that guests may use.
-Please note that we do not supply the charcoal or grill amenities.
- Please be respectful to neighbors and other guests when using the outdoor space
ACCESS & ENTRY:
-Guests have access to the entire 2 story, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home.
-Guests have access to the front deck and the backyard.
-The guest entrance is through the front door.
-Please note that there are steps to enter the home in the front and steps to enter the backyard in the back.
-This home does have a small studio apartment on the lower level with its own separate private entrance.
-There is no access between the separate spaces to one another.
-The Apartment is a another short term rental we ask to be respectful of the guests in the bottom unit. Especially after 10pm.
-Please be respectful to the neighbors and the surrounding homes and businesses.
-Please note that check-out time is promptly at 11:00 AM. Failure to check out by this time may result in a $100 fee per hour. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a smooth transition for our next guests. Thank you for your understanding!
KEYLESS ENTRY:
-Your host will provide you with the door code approximately one hour prior to check in the day of your trip.
PARKING:
-There is a driveway for 2 vehicles.
-Other vehicles can on street park where available.
-We strive to provide parking permits for our guests' convenience; however, please note that availability is limited. The city issues a set number of permits and unfortunately does not replace lost or unreturned ones. While we do our best to ensure permits are available for your stay, there may be rare instances when a previous guest has misplaced one. We sincerely apologize if this occurs and appreciate your understanding.
-There is also a parking garage at Stockton University less than 5 minutes from the home.
-Tropicana parking garage is also at the end of the block for additional parking.
-Guests are responsible for city street parking compliance; read & follow signage to avoid parking tickets.
-We are not responsible for parking tickets due to negligence.

-If there is something of priority that you need shipped please reach out to us directly for alternative options.

Our dedicated cleaning team meticulously sanitizes and cleans each home. Unlike standard hotel rooms, homes entail a more detailed cleaning process due to their larger size. Despite our team's efforts to ensure optimal cleanliness, minor oversights may occur. For substantial errors, we are committed to rectifying the situation promptly. While we take pride in our cleaning standards, we ask for understanding that, as in any human endeavor, perfection is not always attainable, especially when minor details have no direct impact on your stay.
HOUSEHOLD ITEMS:
As private residences, it's important to recognize that household items may break or require repairs during your stay. While we understand the inconvenience this may pose to our guests, it's equally disruptive for us. Appliances such as water tanks, HVAC systems, dishwashers, and refrigerators may experience issues. We cannot guarantee immunity from such occurrences, but we pledge to address and resolve any situation swiftly. While we assure our commitment to guests' well-being, we're honest about the potential for unforeseen issues.

Must be 21+ to book. The booking guest must check in and stay the entire duration.
Only registered guests are allowed. Unapproved guests will incur a $200 fee per person.
RESPECT FOR NEIGHBORS and NOISE
No parties or events. Unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate removal without a refund.
Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM. No loud music after 10 PM (Atlantic City noise ordinance).
CHECK-OUT and CLEANLINESS
Check-out on time to allow for cleaning. Unauthorized late check-outs may incur fees.
Keep the property clean. No glitter, confetti, or tape on walls.
Additional cleaning fees apply for damages, excessive mess, or soiled items.
SMOKING, FIRE SAFETY and PROPERTY CARE
No smoking or drugs indoors. A $250 fee applies for violations.
No open flames, candles, or wax.
Only flush toilet paper—no wipes, paper towels, or other materials.
SECURITY and RESPONSIBILITY
Lock doors and windows when leaving.
Missing or damaged items will be charged:
Bath Towel – $10 | Sheets – $25 | Comforter – $50 | Pillow – $10 | Throw Blanket – $20
We are not responsible for lost items. If found, a $25 handling fee + shipping applies. Unclaimed items after five days will be donated.
