The property was nice but very outdated and the yard wasn’t even mowed and hadn’t been for a while. There was also trash all over the yard. Just not as clean as it should be especially for the price.

We’re really sorry your experience fell short of what you expected, Kimberly. Arriving to an unkempt yard and trash around the property is absolutely unacceptable, and we completely understand your disappointment. A home should feel both welcoming and cared for, and it’s clear we missed that here. Your feedback about the outdated feel and cleanliness is important, and we’ll be addressing both right away. Guests should never feel the property isn’t worth the price they paid, and we regret that was the case for you. It’s upsetting to know your stay started off on the wrong foot because of things that should’ve been handled beforehand. We sincerely apologize for the condition you encountered and deeply regret this was your experience.
