• Bedroom 4: located down the hall from Bedroom 3, features two twin beds and two adjacent bathrooms (both bathrooms are located across from one another in the fall connecting bedroom 3 and 4)
• Bedroom 5: Located in the loft above the main level, featuring a twin bed and twin over full bunk bed
• The couch in the downstairs living room is also a sleeper sofa that can be used as another sleeping option
• Downstairs living room features a queen sleeper sofa

AMENITIES:
• Guests have access to the Columbine pool. Winter hours are 12pm-8pm and summer hours are 10am-8pm.

*The Clubhouse is not on-site and is located down a brief path from the building (approximately 100 yards). Please adhere to the Columbine Pool Rules listed in the house manual.

• Brief walk to the Quicksilver Lift and base of Peak 9/The Village. Approximately 200 yards from the building. Walk across Columbine Road, and along the left side of the Marriott, you'll cross a short bridge and end at the base of the Quicksilver Lift.
• Walkable to Main Street Station shops and restaurants (approximately 200 yards). Main Street is just on the other side of Main Street Station.

PROVIDED ITEMS:

The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge.

The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.

There is a Pack N Play travel crib located at this property. Please bring your own Pack N Play crib sheets.

PLEASE NOTE:

» There is no air conditioning (most places up here do not have it!).
» There is the potential to snow October-May so cars with proper snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required to access the area during those months.
» Property mountain access details and ski in/ski out (if applicable) designations are dependent on open lifts and runs. Guests are responsible for being aware of the Breckenridge Ski Area lift and terrain statuses.
» This condo is located at an elevation of approximately 9,600ft. Check the CDC website regarding the potential effects of high altitude.***
» Please note that Summit County has strict Short Term Rental rules and regulations that must be followed. Please refer to the Good Neighbor Guidelines posted in the unit on what is required from renters.
