Living Room (Main Floor): As you enter the main level, you are greeted by an expansive open concept living room where soaring ceilings meet a beautiful three sided fireplace. Sunlight pours in through floor to ceiling windows, complemented by ample seating including two plush lounge chairs and an L shaped sofa.
Kitchen (Main Floor): The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, fully stocked and featuring high-end finishes, a spacious island for morning coffee, and a cozy breakfast nook. Share celebratory meals at the grand dining table with seating for 10 or step out onto one of the three private decks to breathe in the crisp mountain air.
Game Room (Bottom Floor): After a day on the slopes, retreat to the entertainment lounge featuring a large Smart TV, gas fireplace, L Shaped sofa, convertible pool table, shuffleboard table, and a sleek wet bar. The game room also has access to the lower level deck where the hot tub is located.
Home Office (Loft): A dedicated desk space and sofa, perfect for the remote traveler, with access to the upper deck.
Outdoor Living: The lower level patio features a hot tub and bench seating surrounding the gas firepit. On the second level, you'll find a grill, additional firepit, and more outdoor seating around the firepit. A third private deck overlooks the front of the home and the driveway.

Parking: There is parking available for 5 vehicles in total, including 2 in the heated garage and 3 in the driveway. Please be advised that during the winter season, all driveways and roads may be covered with snow and ice, making it necessary for vehicles to have 4WD or AWD to safely navigate.
For safety and security, exterior cameras are located on the front, side, and back of the home. None of the cameras face the hot tub area.
We provide enough supplies for a typical weekend stay. This includes paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap and a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, and hotel-style bottles of high-end shampoo, conditioner, and soap. We also provide fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels. Extra towels for the private hot tub are included; we professionally service the tub before and after every stay.

We had an excellent stay and will likely be coming back in the near future. Perfect for families: easy ski in/out access to lifts, 15 minute walk to town, and plenty of space for a three generational family of six. Next time might not even rent a car and rely on walking and occasional ubers when needed. Location is that good!
The house was very clean and easily accommodated out large group. Access to the slopes was easy once we figured out how to ski back in. Everything worked great. The only issue was the amount of towels available. Only 2 per bathroom. Overall this property was 10/10!
Beautiful place. Everything you need. Plus there is a ski rental shop literally like 50 steps from the back door. This place is great all the way around.
Place was as advertised. Beautiful, well appointed home close to Downtown Breck, the slopes etc... Owner was easy to work with, location fantastic, the finishing touches in the home were awesome. Highly recommend and if we return to Breck we would definitely stay here again.
My family had an absolutely awesome stay. The place is brand new and I think we were one of 1st folks to be able to enjoy it. The attention to detail, right on the mountain while being within walking distance to town… just great!
We had the pleasure of staying at this property for our annual ski trip. Our group very much enjoyed the quality of the house, private hot tub, and ski-in/ski-out ability. We walked to town most nights (about 20 minutes), but used uber to get home to save our legs.
Would definitely stay again if we circle back to breck.

This is a nearly brand-new home, located along the Sawmill/Beaver Run chairlift area. Great access to slopes and beautiful home. Plenty of things to do - pool table, air hockey, shuffle board, hot tub, huge kitchen and dining spaces, and multiple common areas for spending time with friends and family. Would love to stay again!
Our family loved staying in this chalet! The home is an excellent location, very clean and well equipped. We skied late in the spring season and enjoyed the ski path home each afternoon without any issues. The home is set up perfect and we will be returning! The excellent communication and quick replies to questions leading up to our arrival made the entire experience top notch.
This beautiful ski in ski out home was perfect for our family of 9. Everyone had a King size bedroom and a bonus room downstairs for games. The hot tub was wonderful after a day of skiing. We will be back.
The house is beautiful (the photos don't do it justice!) with fantastic facilities, spacious bedrooms and loads of communal space, and the kids loved having the lower floor bunk bedroom and large cinema / games room as their own private floor! The ski in / out location worked perfectly and it's still only a short walk into Main Street. Kristina was a brilliant host and responded to any queries quickly and efficiently - i would highly recommend to anyone considering booking!
We traveled as two families, 5 kids ages 14-20. This home was perfect for everyone to spread out and have their own space. The home has everything you could possibly need. The location was perfect and allowed for ski in ski out. Christie’s sports at the back of the house was very convenient. We definitely give this home FIVE STARS!
This was our first family ski trip with a couple of my cousin's and their grown children. We had a party of 10 and this was the perfect house for our party. There was enough room to gather as a group and plenty of space to pair off for private time. The ski in and out was an absolute bonus, especially for a large group. The house is beautiful, clean and had new amenities. The process for renting was clear and easy to follow, and the property manager was quick to respond to any of my questions. We are all hoping to book this house again next year. Wonderful experience!
We had an amazing family stay in this beautiful home. Communication with the owner was seamless—gracious, accommodating, and always helpful. The house itself is gorgeous and thoughtfully designed to comfortably host multiple families. The downstairs family room keeps the kids entertained, while the adults have plenty of space to gather or unwind in privacy when needed.The location provides convenient ski access for experienced skiers, though those less familiar with the terrain may find it a bit challenging. There is an alternative option for beginners, but it requires walking, which was challenging for our four-year-old. We ended up using the car and the drop-off spot at the Beaver Run Lodge, which only took a couple of quick minutes but required loading and unloading. Overall, it’s a fantastic home for those looking to enjoy a memorable mountain getaway and I highly recommend it!
