Thank you for staying at C607C - Caribe Resort 607C and for the 4‑star review. Sorry the tubs weren’t draining and you had standing, ankle‑deep water — that’s not acceptable. We’ve shared your feedback with maintenance to inspect and repair the plumbing and with housekeeping to upgrade the cooking utensils. If there’s anything that would have made your stay a 5‑star, please let us know so we can pass it along to our team. We hope to welcome you back to Liquid Life.

Pool could have been heated since the temperatures outside were low 70s and it was Spring break. Facilities were great though. Couches were worn down and probably need to be replaced.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad you enjoyed the facilities. I’m sorry the pool temperature wasn’t comfortable during your spring break and that the couches felt worn — I’ll share both issues with our maintenance and management teams so we can review the heating schedule and evaluate furniture replacements. We appreciate the input and hope to host you again.

This property is managed by Liquid Life. It's our first time booking through them. You can tell they've done this a long time. Details about check in and checkout and everything in between were available in a timely fashion. They even had an easy to use app specifically for this property that made finding information about everything, simple. I would use them again. The property itself was beautiful. Great location and we hardly left except to get groceries. There was so much to do right there in property. The room itself was experiencing some kind of plumbing issue in the master bath. We brought it to the attention of the property Managment team just so the owner could know what was happening and have it looked at before it caused damage. It was not a deal breaker for us though. We traveled with our 3 grown kids and 3 small grandchildren. We were comfortable and the little kids loved the pools...all of them. Wed absolutely stay here again.

It’s wonderful that you enjoyed the property, location, and amenities—and that your whole family, especially the little ones, had such a great time at the pools. We also appreciate you letting us know about the plumbing issue so it can be addressed promptly. We’d be happy to host you again anytime!
